I am 48 years old and have 3 children. Family history has always interested me. Find A Grave is a great way to help others learn more about their own family's past.|
Your tombstone stands among the rest;
neglected and alone
The name and date are chiseled out
on polished, marbled stone
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn
You did not know that I'd exist
You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you
in flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
one hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
and come to visit you.

Judy, thanks for braving the snow to get this pic. I was hoping there would be a death date on the monument. Magdalena was his son Bernard Ignaz's wife.

Thank you for your time. I no longer live in the area. I remember the nasty weather. I appreciate the picture you got and will add it to all I asked for. Happy hunting!

Thank you very much for your help! It's too bad the other name was too worn to read. I bet it was her husband who's name I haven't found yet. Thanks again!!

I owe you a huge THANK YOU for taking the time to get the pictures of Lou's headstone. It completes his memorial and I really appreciate that.
Wonderful people like you are truly what makes findagrave such a great place.
Once again, many thanks for your efforts.
|BobHartman||It does not appear we are very closely related....|
However, I wish we were more closely related, I so much appreciate, all the good work you have done in documenting the people in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Since HSC is so vast (300,00+), it appeared to me that, I could use the Find a Grave virtual cemetery's to help find my family. The work you did with your photo's and documentation help's me so much to find my family.
Since you work is is good, it is very helpful,
to me and the entire community
I hope, you know how much, I (we) appreciate you.
|BobHartman||Thanks for the memories|
Thanks for your headstone photo for Martin Naylon. I did the memorial for a couple of the Naylon's, but could not have linked them up (because of a slight age difference) until I saw your photo. It was very helpful.
|Nancy Jackowiak||Candidata and Antonio Pelliccia Headstone Pictures|
memorial #138744710 for Candidata Braccone Pelliccia.....saw that you had added a photo of her headstone and did not see one for her husband, Antonio Pelliccia, which should be right beside her according to her great grandson. The cemetery has no records of his burial there but family declares they have visited his grave and he has a headstone much like his wife.
If you have any information on this person I would love to hear from you.

Judy, thanks for taking the time to search for Sean's grave and for the photograph of the plot vicinity.

|Mary Fee Spacher||Owen Fee, infant, #69175352|
Judy, I noticed that you set up a memorial for an Owen Fee (infant) who died in 1873. Do you remember if he is in a plot with other family members? I'm trying to figure out if he is related to my Fees. Mary
|BobHartman||Everything is nice (you are nicer)|
The weather was nice today.
I went to Holy Sepulchre to take some pictures.
Thank You, for all the pictures I found out you took. They were so much better and so many more, than what I could have taken today.
You are incredible.
