Sorry for the delay in answering your question - I was on vacation.
Causes of death are usually listed on the funeral record, but in this case, because he was brought in from out of town for cremation, they did not obtain the cause of death which is normal for the records I've been going through.
The name of the newspaper where he died is the Lakeland Ledger and Duke-Stein Funeral Home, Lakeland handled local arrangements while Carey Hand Funeral Home in Orlando only handled the cremation. They were the only crematory in the area for ages.

Hi, thanks for your response. I used your link but it only brought me to the cemetery and not to the actual person. When I did a search for Armstrong, the only one that showed up was Ruth. Even when I tried by first name only, neither Pace or Page showed up. Can you go into Pace and click the edit button and then request change name from Pace to Page? The request will be sent to me and then I will be able to correct it.

You noted 3 children buried in Springdale Cemetery with last name, Armstrong: Rita (Ruth); Ciana (Giana); Pace (Page). But I don't see these names as belonging to me or that they are buried in Springdale Cemetery. Did the message you sent to me belong to someone else? If for me, I need some additional info because I'm not finding them in order to fix - best to send an edit, using the edit button, on each of the records. Marie

Thank you so much. Yes he was my Grandmothers brother. I knew they had spent time in an orphanage and I thought possibly he had been abused, that was why my curiousity. Brain fever tells me nothing. It could cover a multitude of ailments, or even hidden abuse.
Thank you. Norma

Received a message from you that a edit I sent to you on Bildad Gibbons was garbled -- sorry about that. Not sure how that happened. Sure, if you would transfer, that would be great. Thanks!
