About a year ago I started researching the McVity/Perry/Kay/Kouvelas/Angelopoulous families. These family names are from New York, Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin.|
I love roaming around cemeteries, especially older family/city cemeteries with so much history and it makes you wonder what the life story is for each one.
This site is a great and a useful tool for genealogy research.
ISO any information for: Spyros/Speros (Sam) Couvelas/Kouvelas/Kuvelas, born in Greece and came to the US on the early 1900's. He had lived in E. Moline (Rock Island county), IL in 1914/1915 at 1404 4th Avenue, Moline, IL. He had married a woman with the name of Agape (aka Agapi, Anna, and Emma) on September 12, 1915 at the Greek Orthodox Church in the City of Moline, IL.
If you have any corrections, additions or questions regarding my entries/photos, please don't hesitate to email me.

I went back to the info. I had found on James. That naturalization record I found and uploaded on find-a-grave was completed in Cook County, Illinois so apparently he was living there in 1927 when the form was completed. Happy Hunting, Pamela
Please transfer management of memorial 80508301 to me. This is my half brother's mother.

In our small town in SW GA. we had Nicketas N. Kavouklis. Close but, not listed as one of yours. They were a very nice family.
Have a pleasant weekend.

If it is possible please add the tombstone picture from Timothy Dale Adams (13195662) to the memorial for Connie Darlene Singleton Adams (5376437). Thank you for your help.
I am a little confused ... I received a Find-a-Grave email from "Sherry Lee" a couple of days ago which pointed me to your message on William Loebbaka from last August.
In any case, are you referring to William Loebbaka Sr (1848) or William Loebbaka Jr (1876)? My records show W.L. Jr had a sister Julia (1882) but unfortunately I have no family photos.
Also, are you aware of W.L. Sr's encounter with the Evanston policeman?

|Scott G. Brooke||RE: William C. Crawford # 86771183|
Thanks for getting back to me. No, this man is no relation, there is a good possibility that he fought in the Pacific with my Father. His Serial Number was 34573061. This Crawford is in a book I am writing about the 184th Infantry Regiment.

Brenda, could this be the William C. Crawford that was born in Georgia, grew up in Martin, Franklin County, Georgia. This man that I am looking for was inducted into the Army on November 17th of 1942 and was attached to the Seventh Infantry Division and fought in the Pacific during WWII. Was there any family members still around? Was there an Obit written on this man?
