Daniel Brown, born About 1803, son of Christopher Columbus Brown and Anna Maria "Polly" Cormany, they lived in Virginia, moved to Ohio and buried there. Where I received my information was from my Brown Family Documents. I have no other information on this Daniel Brown. I can't tell you if he died as a child or if the information is correct or incorrect, I only have (to go by) what is on the Brown Family Documents. I do know there is another Daniel Brown, born to Christopher Brown and Anna Marie Rader born 4-4-1803, married Therease Stranger. They are buried at St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery, Wythe County, Virginia. Both of these Daniel Browns's are in my family book. Sorry I can't be of any real help in asnwering your question. Would welcome any help you should find out.

Thank you for your suggested edits for Jacob Landis (i.e. links for his parents and information on his place of birth and death).
Could you give me your source of information as I like to add that to the memorial?

Hi - you left a note on this memorial that it should read Z. M. Brister. My records show his name is Zachariah Reeves Brister and his headstone reflects Z. R. Brister, son of Hockkaday & Anna Brister. If you have something that shows his name to be Z. M. Brister, please send it to me. Thank you! Sandra Bathe Cole

Susanna Landis. Well, that was a total brain fart on my part. I transcribed correctly, but named her wrong in the memorial. This graveyard is destroyed, but every once in a while we go there and try to find another one under the sod. I am away from home right now, but when I return I will see what I can find in my Landis materials about her.

John Hartman Dittemore signed his military records as John Hartman Ditemore

Your memory is better than mine on corresponding. But it is great to learn of a common ancestor. We just moved to the Oregon coast and I visited the Myrtle Point cemetery where there a number of Lewellen graves. My dad knew Elsie, but I never met her. My loss.

I was just informed that you sponsored the D. J. Overholtzer page. How thoughtful. I just visited his daughter, Bessie's grave, in southern Oregon about a month ago.
|Diane Gravlee||Sarah Crawford|
Are you related to Sarah; I would be happy to transfer any Crawfords in her cemetery to you if you are. We took the photos while camped at the state park and aren't related to any there. Use the edit tab other to request the transfers.
