I am a native of the Herkimer County area of New York State currently researching the Surnames of:
Brown, Crouse, Stauring, Ottman, Hoover/Huber, Eigenbroadt/Eygabroat, Whyland, & Winne.
I have many lists of cemetery internments in the Little Falls area that may not be available online including Fairview and Church St. Cemetery (from early 1800's) which I am willing to share, the thought of uploading 6,000 people is overwhelming.

RE: Gladys Canner, memorial # 60830649 Church Street Cemetery
Thank you for trying. She passed away in 2001. What year do your records go up to, approximately? Thank you for all you contribute.

Giles Spencer Annable... again!
Aloha e Pat,

Back in 2012 you very kindly sent me this transcription of an obit for Giles...

Obituary in the "Herkimer Democrat" of February 26, 1873, page 2:
Anable, G.S. at Madison, N.J. of paralysis at 62 years, formerly of Little Falls.

Is there any way you could get an image of the actual obit in the paper? I am trying to get an official document (birth or death cert) connecting Giles with his father, Joseph Hubell Annable (Anable)... if you have any suggestions or info I would love to hear them! Still have not located Giles or his wife, Mary Annʻs, grave site.

Thanks for your help....

Best regards,
Lynda Puakea

John Oliver, Jr. photo request
Very well done Pat,

Being a recent photo volunteer myself, I see a lot of the extra effort you put in to get these photos. I noticed you took these when the sun was at the highest point and lit up both sides of the headstones. From your photos, I take these headstones are on the West Moore street side. your efforts also answered who is Junior and Senior. :)

John, Jr's, 158022994, headstone is rather unique and your photo allows people to enjoy it.

Again thank you for you hard work, time, gas. $$$, and efforts. It is very much appreciated.

If you find you need a photos, some research or just info here in Virginia, please feel free to contact me.

Have fun this weekend,

Jim L.

Thomas "Tex" Oliver photo
Thank you Pat for answering where Tex is buried. Especially you extra effort to check and photograph the 'other' side the headstone. The effort answered why little brother John went into the Navy, he was following his brother's footsteps. A fitting Memorial Day memory.

You're right about flower and plant arrangements, so thought was put into this family plot.

Hope you have a fun weekend, you definitely earned it.

Rosa Oliver request
Dear Pat,

Rosa was the main reason for generating the memorial. Her obituary was so full of family history. Your efforts has allowed her family to know where she buried and see the headstone. I see that you'll be filling many other requests for this cemetery which means all your research and efforts is going to make a whole lot people very happy. Rather fitting for Memorial Day weekend.

Nice to see spring finally making it to up state New York.

Thank you very much,

Jim L.

John Oliver, Sr
Yahoooo, Super photos and your time is very much appreciated. The addition of overall view of the heads and your time explaining the photo is a nice touch. Photos may be worth a thousand words but the additional words of what one is looking at doubles the meaning.

Your help has located two more members of the Oliver family.

Joran Petrie Bellinger
Thank you for the cemetery photos of Joran P. Bellinger. And for the comments you added. It amazes me that some of these old cemetery markers still exist. Thank you for all you contribute to Find A Grave.
