Nope....She seems to be one of multiple females within that branch of the family with similar names, all born within 10 to 15 years of each other. There's Louvernie ie Louie, born in 1873 are seems to be buried in IN near her brother Henry, there's Vernie (Fonda) Spencer (1884-1969), daughter of Henry, who's cited in Jeremiah's obituary.....she and Ernest Spencer(Jeremiah's pallbearer) are my Dad's paternal grandparents....then, there's Vernice B Fonda, buried in the same plot as Jeremiah and Charlotte at Forrest Hills in TN. Her dob and dod are 1873-1894, but her name is one that is previously attributed in records to my Great Grandmother, who wasn't born until 1885. To further complicate stuff, my dad says everyone he ever heard call his grandma by name called her Laverne. That marker in IN with Henry could just be a memorial, and Louie's actual grave could be in TN with her parents, but that's not really a good explanation. So, no clue.

You've asked me to link her to parents who would have been 13 and 14 years old when she was born. Are you sure they are the correct parents?

Husband of Ann Fonda.
Is it possible that his grave says 1829 instead of 1849? Of what is left it doesn't match the other 4 on the headstone. It looks more like the 2. Any idea?

Thanks for the correction - I made the change.
|Joe Makowiec||Sarah Lansing|
I have a grave picture for Sarah Lansing (1836-1889) from the Dow Lansing plot - in fact, the same stone - in section 107 of Albany Rural. Would you like me to add it and transfer it over to you?
|Barbara Cooper Firestone||Thanks|
Thanks for the prompt reply.
