|Joseph Droessler||Walt Main|
So, I added a memorial for my uncle Walter Joseph Main as I did not initially find him doing a search on Ancestry.com for findagrave. And then I found that you have a Find A Grave Memorial# 65775699 for the same Walt Main but without a cemetery.
And now that there are 2 in the system, it creates double records for Walt and his wife Viola Shannon.
Since, I've added a more complete record, with links to marriage and parents, along with the link to St Mary's in Storm Lake, where Walt & Viola are buried together, I was hoping you might be willing to delete your record for Walt?
Let me know, thank you!

No, LaDee, I'm sorry that I have not. But we're less than half-way through this cemetery, and in the literal sense, we are leaving no stone unturned. If she's there in a marked burial, we will find her. If she's in an umarked burial, we will not.
In addition to East Lawn, there is a Catholic cemetery right across the street, and a Lutheran cemetery right down the road.
If she has a stone, we will find her. Keep your fingers crossed?
We record *everyone.* If we can't read the stone, we photograph it, GPS it, and list it as an unknown with what information we *can* read or see.
I hope today is your day! There is no making sense of this cemetery. In the vast majority, burials from 1910 are mixed in with burials from 2010, so we never know who we're going to find!

I updated the DOB for Emma Westover Beckstead (Memorial # 12773787) at your suggestion. You contacted me first.

LaDee, if you go to this link you will find Amy and Bert Shannon's obits and cemetery (scroll down to their names). You might want to check out that entire site for help with your other family. There are several Shannon's in the obit section.
