Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello- I believe this is one of the best genealogical web sites there is. Others usually just list names and dates. F.A.G. offers so much more. It becomes personal. I go to the cemeteries and take pictures so that those who cannot go can still visit their loved ones. It is also great for those finding their roots. No one should be forgotten. I want to thank all the folks who took the time to visit my virtual cemeteries, especially my Father and Mother, Michael Fedoush Jr. #12235346, and Pauline Fedoush #12235351. Peace to all of you.

If you request a memorial transfer I will be glad to do so but please state your relationship, and use the edit tab, that way all the information I need to make the transfer will be there.

Oak Hill and St James Cemeteries
Hello
We are wondering about the two cemeteries, that might be part of each other, Oak Hill and St. James?

I see Nell Daley is Find A Grave No. 124159377 is listed in Oak Hill, while her brother James Daley Find A Grave No. 124159537 is listed in St. James, yet if you look at Nell's page, her headstone is directly in front of her brothers James (the photo on her page), yet they are both listed in different cemeteries. Could the division of the two cemeteries be that line right there?

The same is for Mary McCarthy at St. James Cemetery Find A Grave No. 124279528 and her husband Owen McCarthy Find A Grave No. 124279484 who is listed at Oak Hill (But he doesn't have a headstone), just wondering if it's certain they are at different cemeteries also.

THANKS SO MUCH for any help.

Round Hill Cemetery, Parnassus, PA
Thanks for all you do.

About this cemetery: I believe John Wood Logan, founder of Parnassus, was the brother of Hugh Logan, not his son. Both were sons of Alexander Logan who began the ferry service and from whom Logan's Ferry got its name.

Hugh Logan took over his father Alexander's store located at the ferry landing. The Pennsylvania Canal, which followed the Allegheny River on the opposite (Springdale) side from Logan's Ferry was the source of business for a hotel maintained by the Logan Family. Hugh Logan was Postmaster for the area for years until his brother John founded Parnassus and obtained the Postmastership.

I don't know if you are aware of this but this Headstone is only a Memorial to the soldier who Died of Wounds 8 August 1916 and is actually buried in Bologne Eastern Cemetery (Plot VIII, Row B, Grave No. 127), France. Find a grave No; 56255496
Check AWM Roll of Honour for more Details.

RE: Mistakes
Hi Rich,
Its no problem sending the corrections. I am checking the info as I upload the grave photos. I hope I haven't caused too much work for you though. You've added a lot of memorials, and I'm happy to help add to that info for future generations.
Many thanks for your patience.
Michelle
