Bio Photo Erie County, New York has well over 400+ cemeteries in the county. Some of them have thousands of graves, so it's helpful if you have a plot location. Call the cemetery to find the location of the grave site.
I live in Western New York so there are months that I'm unable to locate graves because of the weather (SNOW). So contact me in the spring.

Wagner Ridge Lawn Cemetery, Cheektowaga, NY
Hi,
I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for your efforts in trying to take a picture. The previous e-mail left before I got this added so this is a second e-mail.

We finally after 2 years of looking for things had Ridge Lawn dig up the grave markers. It was exactly where I had said but as you said, grass grew over them and they were no longer visible because my mother who was taking care of them passed in 2003 and I no longer live in the area.
So they sent me a picture last week after having them dug up which I promptly uploaded to Find A Grave.

Thanks again. It does make a difference in a lot of people's lives to be able to trace the ancestors as we do today with those of you who are so kindly putting them online.

General problem: I searched the stated plot or section and could not find the grave
Details: Wagner In this section (TT) all the stones are flat, most of them are buried in the ground with grass growing over them. Next time I'm over that way I'll stop at the office and see if they are able to tell me the exact location of the graves.

I found the map of the cemetery on the sight. I know the family I'm researching is buried there, in particular, June E Banks - mem#176392572. Is there a spreadsheet that provides the name, plot location, etc.? I'm trying to determine her burial date. The obituary does not provide this information. The same for her spouse, John Franklin Banks, Mem #176392530. I'd like to submit a request for pictures of their tombstones, and believe I will need their plot information. Thank you for your assistance. Great map picture, too!

RE: Rev Oliver Volrath
Hi,

Thanks for making a correction like this so quickly. It helps so many people especially when they are moved for whatever reason. I have found others that have been moved and people have been able to find out the reason why and find out where they had been moved to. I do not know which site you would like the photo put to. May I suggest that you contact Jim directly. I am not the one who has created this memorial. I only came across it because it enters my genealogy through marriage and I like to make the things as correct as possible when I see a difference that doesn't make sense with me. I work with docs and so I do not know these particular people directly. As far as I can tell Find A Grave now shows correctly.

There is a photo of the tombstone on this memorial

RE: Sutter Cemetery, Godfried Weisser.
Thank you for deleting the duplicates. I was able to photograph two additional stones that were not on F-A-G so I was very happy! This cemetery is now in horrid disrepair. There really is no hope for what's left as the ones not standing are in illegible pieces of rubble. It's also surrounded by a brand new housing development :(

John Betz photo
Greetings,
Would it be possible for you to delete the photograph you added to the memorial for John Betz in Stutter Cemetery in Lancaster - memorial #18921523. The photo is not of his grave, but rather a distance shot of the cemetery (which also has the wrong name "Sutter"). Thank you.
