I put in an edit and may not have put in the right information. The death index information lists William D Burris being born about 1871. The death certificate shows him dying at 48 years, 8 months, which would put his death year at 1870, which matches the grave information.

Hello Bertha, I contacting you in asking if you would please transfer this site to me. Barbara Jean Is my Cousin and I would like to put her with the rest of her family.
Hi Bertha, I am responding to your request for information about Myrna Lee Simon. Myrna was his second wife, I was his fourth. Thank you for posting a picture of my husbands headstone. As you can tell by the solid marble slab underneath his picture, I will be laid next to him when my time comes. I've taken photos but do not how to upload them yet. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Sincerely, Vivian

You posted an obit for him on the memorial. Is this from the Albany Herald?

Could there be a mistake on the date of birth? I saw a discrepancy so I took the liberty to check ancestry.com and familysearch.org. Everything seems to point to the 1888 date being correct:
World War I draft card
World War II draft card
1910 census showing him 22 years old
I was adding pictures at the local cemetery for memorials without pictures and ran into this issue. I thought that I had the wrong person, but this seems to be the right individual.
I submitted an edit but I thought you'd like the documentation. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I'll get around to it as soon as I can. Interesting that none of them have been involved. Even Nellie Mae's husband who died in 2002 is listed. (Leo Castell) They had 3 children. Thanks so much. 'til later.
I just received the notification that have transferred Nellie Mae Castell to me.
I am so sorry for having bothered you to make changes on this Memorial.
This will cause a war between the Castells and me and I cannot put myself in this position. I am transferring it back to you.
It appears that no one, so far in that family is caring about their Tree. For instance, she left 3 children, etc and so on that are not listed.
I will not contact you again.
Thank you for your help

This will be the last time I bug you.
We have found Nellie Mae's father info so the note put in the bio at my request can be removed.
Thank you so much. You have been the most responsive Contributor I've worked with.

Thanks for adding the obit, Bertha! Do you need the obit for her husband August? I have a reference to it on my index list and would be happy to look for it the next time I am at the Genie Room. Let me know if you can use it. Blessings, Barb
