Bio Photo Carolyn B. Leonard, author, freelance magazine writer, genealogist, speaker, past president of Oklahoma Writers Federation, recently honored in Kentucky for locating and marking graves of American Revolutionary Patriots. If you see incorrect or missing info on a memorial that I manage, I will be happy to fix that. (Please provide info on where your info can be sourced) Also I am happy to transfer any immediate family members to another volunteer. Findagrave guidelines say request only transfer within four generations, but I sometimes agree to transfer more distant relatives - so long as they are not also my ancestors. Use the "Edit" tab on the memorial which will make it easier to add info or make other changes.

Please cite my name as reference if you choose to use any photos that I have posted here. Please show the courtesy of asking permission and telling me where you want to use the info.

RE: Emily Benner. Link to memorial:
I wish I could add Jacob Tillman Judy and Sarah Austin Judy to the girls on Find A Grave, but I am unable to find when or where their deaths took place. The last information I have on them is the 1870 Census they were living in Aubry, Johnson County, Kansas with the Lewis family. I have the 1850 and 1860 census on them too, they lived in La Belle, Lewis, MO. in 1850 then in Reddish, Lewis, MO in 1860.I am unable to say their exact year of birth as it varied each census, but both were most likely born between 1996-1801. They were both from Maryland and married in Fredrick County, Maryland 12 Dec 1818.

I would love to link the two sisters, but without their parents information, I am unable to do so.

RE: Mary Branch Glick 7915395
Hello Carolyn,

I got copies of both Mary's obituary and the article which was on the front page re: the shooting/murder. How do you want me to get them to you?

RE: 7915395 Mary Branch Glick
I'm not related. I'm sure you can provide additional information on Mary. If I have other relatives of yours, let me know. Enjoy.

Best regards,

Rev. Cornelius Cosine
My name is Laurel Auchampaugh

I am descended from Rev. Cosine by his daughter L. Cosine Bodine. Her Husband was John Bodine, I have been unable to locate his grave.

Their sons Abraham and Cornelius came to Cayuga County, town of Owasco from Conowago in 1793. It was 10 families who came by "tented wagons" led by Roeliff and Jacob Brinkerhoff. They settled around Owasco Lake in Cauga County N.Y.

I have been the Owasco Historian for over 30 years, and have written much about these pioneer families as I am desended from Both John Bodine and Charles VanTine.

I have pictures of her grave in Selover Cemetery in Niles next to her oldest son Abraham.

I visited the Low Dutch Northern Cemetery in late March this year. I hope to find more information about my ancestor. Can You help me?
