Mount Hope Cemetery
Multiple Edits
Dear Find A Grave Administrator,
I am the Secretary/Treasurer for Mount Hope Cemetery, #9257, the in the City of Ashland, Ashland County, Wisconsin.
I have been a Find A Grave member #47481872, for 6 + years and up until recently I was allowed to “edit” any of the records for Mount Hope.
It was wonderful, when someone was buried, I could go in and add the date of death to an existing record, link up family members, and add location info for photo requests, without having to wait for someone else to make additions/corrections. Made it a lot easier to have the most accurate records for this cemetery.

Someone had went through the cemetery years ago and recorded every marker that was out there, including ones where the person had not yet died and it would be nice to be able to update the records without making multiple edit requests and never get an answer back.

Could you please restore that ability to me again?

Sincerely,
Sally Simmons

Russ, do you have the ability to make direct contact with a contributor. I have attempted to make contact with a contributor with no success.

Password Problem
I am a longtime user of FindAGrave. I have a new hard drive so when I tried to log in just now, it told me I had to input my email address and password. I did so and it told me the info was incorrect. I then asked to have the password emailed to me. I received the message and it is the same password I had just put in. Any suggestions?

Cross Cut Cemetery #2167539
Greetings. I'm attempting to identity how/when the name on FAG was changed for the Cross Cut/Williams Family Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ. It's now listed as "Cactus Mound" cemetery. I've lived here for 60 years and within a mile (my high school was right around the corner, too) and have never heard it referred to by that name, nor has anyone I've asked, including the Pioneer Cemetery Association in Arizona. With the hundreds of other requests you get, I know one more is probably a pain, but if you get a chance to investigate it would be much appreciated! Thanks Wyatt James
