This is Benjamin Moore Brunson...curious, you say he was married to Minnie Elizabeth W Brunson. And you have him listed as being the spouse of Minnie Elizabeth Jarrot Brunson... Are those two Minnie's the same person? And what does the W stand for? The reason I ask is because I noticed Minnie Jarrot is listed as the wife of Rudolf Baldowski... Now Minnie W Baldowski Brunson was my moms grandmother and she passed in 1950. But I have been very curious about Minnie Jarrot as I do not know my great grandmother maiden name and neither does my mom know. She was first married to a Wyatt Walton and then Rudolf Baldowski and then a man named Brunson. She didn't know his first name or anything about him. Sorry for all the information but was wondering if you could help me figure this out? Thank you.

Thank you for your work for Find-a-Grave!
I've found your memorial for Walter H. Ward #17744106 and see that you have added a link to Reader Dunlap as his spouse. How do you know whether this is the right Walter Ward? I've looked and looked and figured and figured and can't see which one is which. Reader was my husband's great aunt and she is buried at St. Matthews Episcopal Church cemetery in Hillgirt, North Carolina. Her headstone says she was the wife of "H. W. Ward" and he is known by the family to have been called "Walter", but there is at least one other Walter Ward who could have been her husband.
Any help would be appreciated.

I believe this to be Rev. James Washington Middleton. Could you please send me a copy of the picture of the sign. Any info anyone has on the history of the church and when he may have been the pastor, would be greatly appreciated! He was my great great great grandfather.

Could you take down your memorial as I have added a complete bio and pictures of Freddie. He is a rather reknowned character from Armstrong County, Pa and our Historical Society asked me to find him. It was very difficult but I was able to. As you can see from the newspaper clipping, there is some info on him that is not and could not be factual, i.e. service in the Spanish-American War-he would have been 5 years old! He achieved the rank of Cpl. not Capt. during WWI. Thank you very much

There is much confusion, apparently due to news articles at the time, as to the given name of this gentleman. The 1870 1880 and 1900 federal censuses list his name as "Willis" ... several researchers on Ancestry.com list it as "Willis" as well. He is honored at the South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Hall of Fame in Columbia, SC as "Willis". I recommend changing the name on his listing and have entered an edit request to that effect.
