Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am 24 years old and I have been interested in my family history for quite sometime now. I am especially interested in the Farmer, Porter, Danley, Pitt, Hulsey and Woodard familes in Robertson County, TN and the Reid and Eden families which were more concentrated in Macon County, TN. I will be glad to help anyone in any way I can. I love to go to cemeteries and take photos. It's not work for me, but a hobby so feel free to ask me to go find a grave for you. Also, if anyone knows anything on the listed families above in the listed locations above, please let me know!

RE: Joseph Hooper
Mr Farmer, If you want you can turn the site on Joseph Hooper to me and I can continue to do the research. My mother, grandfather and grandmother were Hoopers so we have a lot of them in the family. Sorry it took me so long to reply, i just saw this entry..

Thank you Mr. Farmer for doing this. Many of my family are buried in Robertson Co. the Babb's and it blesses my soul to see this here, Not all of them but yet a blessing.

Many Thanks.

Dr. Thomas Marion Woodard Jr
Hi Joseph., I read your bio and your interest in Woodard. I have his remarkable TN obit as well as on his brother, Rev. Fred Connell Woodward. Maybe you are familiar with this family as they were born to Thomas Marion Woodard and Katherine " Kittie" Connell that lived in Springfield, Robertson County TN... just to name two. Both of these outstanding men lived remarkable lives, their lives however sadly were short.
I did create their memorials at Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashville. I have not yet added Fred's long obit of his WW1 service., his attending Vanderbilt etc ...
Are you by chance familiar with this family and these men? If so, would you wish for me to transfer them over in your care?

Do you have access to Ancestry by chance?
And use newspapers.com for obits. It is free. Very valuable and just discovered this a few months ago.

Too, I went to HS with a girl , Joyce, and her mother was a Woodard. Married a Wilson they are buried in Robertson Co TN. I think it is called Coopertown Cem in Robertson Co. if I have that straight in my head. I have not researched her family.

Hope this finds you well. I have not forgotten you regarding the Farmer bible ( Robertson/ Cheatham) families, shared with me. My dad passed away, last October as well my husband was undergoing extensive chemo cancer treatments. Needless to say, my life plate has been overloaded. I now care for my mother and my husband is still recovering. I turn to my passion of Genealogy as my vent to take my mind off losses and stress to research, it helps, if that makes sense. I enjoy helping others find their ancestors while I hit brick walls and I can not speak nor read German to dig into those records on Ancestry. One day... :-)

Sorry this was long. Thank you in helping me and so many others.

Autumn Blessings

Carolyn

RE: Conn family
Joseph,
Thanks for messaging me back. I am new to Find a Grave so I am not completely familiar with how things work. I appreciate that you have documented my family so well. I was just curious when I contacted you. There are some parts of my family that I have a very difficult time tracing so I was hoping that you had more indepth information.
Anyway, Thanks again
Phyllis

Conn/Robertson
Mr. Farmer,
I just happened to find all of the memorials that you have posted for most of my family. I am curious as to what your interest is or maybe if we have some connection? Where did you get the info and the personal pictures of my family? You have set up pages for my mother, aunts and uncles, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc.
just curious???
