Thank you so much for finding the headstone for Dr. Brown and for adding it to his memorial. It is a wonderful tribute and a great deed that you are doing for the deceased and their loved ones. Thank you so very much

Hi Linda, I added the photo, but I can't delete the memorial as it's owned by "B" (#46971304). You can message him/her to delete it. Thanks!

Linda, thanks for your note about Viola Estella "Bill" Conrad McCaslin and sorry for the confusion. She was the wife of my cousin and the photo is correct. I seem to recall that at one time she had a duplicate memorial under Bill McCaslin since that's what the marker says. It's been awhile but I probably discovered the duplicate memorials and moved the photo to her correct one and forgot to cancel my photo request. It looks like Gena originally added the photo. I failed to note that and I will go back and give her credit. Thanks for your comments. I appreciate your concern.

You are very welcome I enjoy doing it.

You are so welcome it was an honor. Janet was my classmate, neighbor, friend, and team mate playing basketball. We rode bikes together as young girls and shared rides when we got our license. Small town together stuff is a great memory. Miss her sweet smile.

if there is no cemetery, it means that the contributor did not know where he was buried, but made him a memorial to be able to link him to his family. It could be that someone will find his grave and ask me to add the cemetery. That would be great. There is a place on the site to request a tombstone photo if you can give them an area- say a county or a cemetery.

From Gilmer take Hwy 271 north to Bettie, turn left on FM 2088. Go to FM 2454, turn right, then go to FM 556 and turn left. Take this road to FM 2455 and turn right. Stay on FM 2455 until you come to the Piney Grove Baptist Church, which will be on the left side of the road. The cemetery is behind the church.

Hi, I don't remember how to get to it. I am sorry. Try asking the person that made her memorial.
