Bio and Links
Bio Photo My added vs. managed memorials difference is quite large because I manage many memorials transferred to me from an inactive member.

Please do NOT post scanned obituaries and news articles as photos to memorials as they are not allowed per Findagrave rules. I will ask that they be removed if I see them. Send me the typed information (including source) via the edit tab and I will add it in the bio field where the information belongs.

I also will not link to "unknown" burial memorials as disposition should be known before adding a memorial.

William R. Apblett (And Family) #177891890

Q. Would you mind turning back on the cemetery photo?
A. If you have a compelling reason, I will certainly consider your request.
I turn off the Cemetery Photo, as an indication, that I am researching/have researched the individual/family.

Thank you for sharing his obituary.
Rather than posting the Copyright newspaper obit, word for word, I prefer to put the info in my own words. But, I had to stop and cook supper and then off to my bowling league, so didn't have time to finish the Apblett family memorials. Hopefully, you'll allow me a couple of days, to finish, before sending more Edits/Suggestions.

Best Regards,

RE: Celeste Huber #157215209
Thank you for the correction! I was going by the death certificate as well as the 1880 Census with George, Ella (not sure if its Elza because I haven't found anything on her), Celeste and David, Celeste's brother. The George I found on Findagrave did not have a birth/death date, so now I am totally confused, lol. But I will double check my info because I am actually doing this for close family friends. Again thank you so much for any help and advice!
Sincerely, Pam Sharp

I live in Ashland, IL where Silas had his first general store. Do you have any other information on Silas and his family? I am researching families in the area for newspaper articles.

Thank you,

Shannon Gaston

RE: oops
Thank you for adding my grandparents and their obituaries to Findagrave. I recently visited their graves, cleaned their headstone and took the picture
