Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on genealogy for about 20 years. Many of my lines are in Hancock County, Maine with most being in Trenton, Ellsworth or Mount Desert Island. I take great pride in my deep roots in these towns. I love that Findagrave allows for the sharing of grave stone images and other info. If a photo is added to one of the memorials I manage or a family member's memorial that I do not manage and I have one that, to me, is a better quality I will add it to the memorial too. I try my best to add a photo that shows the complete stone and a little of the surrounding area. I believe that helps make it a little easier to find in the cemetery. I have recorded all of Trenton's cemeteries and put out a book in 2004. I am currently working to update that book. Please do not send me edits to connect family members, change dates or other changes for memorials I did in Trenton. I have all the info in my records and books and will be adding it to Findagrave too as time allows. I don't mind if you use my photos but please credit me for it if you do take one or more. Thank you

Thanks so much for going the extra mile in excavating Alden's marker. He is my 2nd great granduncle whom I learned about only recently. I grew up in Penobscot and my Hancock county roots are deep. Good to know there is an expert around.

Arthur Grindle
Hi Patti,
Thank you for checking for an obit for Arthur next time you go to the library. I'll send you an email so that you have my email address. My husband is related to Arthur's wife Mary.

I don't need anything else at this time.

Appreciate your help.

Kind regards,

You posted Arthur Grindle memorial number 82821705 - would you happen to have his obit?

Ralph Robinson
Hi Patti ... I see that you're maintaining Ralph Robinson's memorial in Southwest Harbor ME (Mt Height Cemetery). The creator recorded his death as 1928, but I believe it should be 1923 (easy to misread on a headstone). I found his obit in the Bar Harbor Times published 7Mar1923. His death date was 24Feb1923. Let me know if you need a copy of the obit to change the info on Find A Grave. Thanks!
