Exum Lyle 104426882
Ms Bonnie:
You have posted Exum Lile Sr's head stone pic on Jr's. memorial. Sr does not have a memorial. Brought back some memories for us as we were members of the organization RAOGK many years ago and one of the requests we fulfiled was sending a pict of Exum Lile's head stone to a relative. We did not know about Find A Grave at the time so did not create a memorial for Sr.

change from Grange Hall to Trinity Mt
You asked:

"Would you please change the cemetery for Eugene P. Lyle, Emmaline Jolly, Hildreth Lyle Sr. and Ester Jolly from Grange Hall to Trinity Mountain."

I got your message but misplaced it. Found it again. When we took those pictures we did not know where the Grange Hall ended and Trinity Mountian began. Thanks for letting us know to correct these. All have been changed to Trinity Mountian.

Hester Maynard
Bonnie, Hester is my great grandmother, thank you for the reminder of the red lipstick, I'd forgotten that.... Hester and Lee had Belvie 2/6/1930, my mom's mom. Belvie passed away 2/6/92, yes on her birthday, she was Belvie Farmer at this time and lived in Rockford Illinois. My mother is Virginia Morrison Lowe, DOB 6/15/50 DOD 10/19/15.... On this site it only shows David Lee as Hester child, she had more, Belvie, Billy, Bueford and David..
Once again, thank you for the memory.
Sincerely, Shirley Morrison

RE: # 41242941
Hi Bonnie and thank you so much for posting these photos. I have had a hard time finding info on Imogene's family the Hilliards, Smith is her married name and they are a challenge as well being such a common name. I noticed also that there is a Martin Putman Smith buried very close to her but I checked on Ancestry and haven't found any connection yet. I will check the cemetery lookup and see what other photos you have from that cemetery and maybe I will luck out! Thanks so much Bonnie, seeing my grandmother's grave was more than I ever hoped for! Hi Bonnie! Thanks for responding and yes I would love to make a little memorial for her too. I am not sure how this all works on Find A Grave but I am so happy to be finding family that I never had the chance to know in life. Imogene , my dad's mom died when he was 11 and there is only one known photo of her and that is of her in her coffin. Her daughter Emma, who is my 92 year old aunt has the photo and I am hoping to get a copy soon. Are you related to the Hilliards or Smiths there in Alabama? Thanks!
Marguerite Smith (Tina)
