Lisa
Leo & Edith Brunswick
Hi

My name is Lisa and I am trying to lighten up some of memorials. I have a Leo & Edith Brunswick that I would like to give to someone else. I noticed that you had some of the Brunswick family and wondered if you would be interested.

RE: Photos Added to Hillside Cemetery
Hi Joyce,
Cleaning monuments has got to be a labor of love. I would love to see the "before" photos, if you don't mind sending them to my email address.

My connection to the Burgett and Harrison families is through my 2nd great grandfather, Cornelius Burgett, who first married Metilda Harrison (I descend from a son of his second marriage). Cornelius' brother James Burgett married Metilda's sister Edna Harrison. They are also buried in Hillside Cemetery. I have been able to make the connections for all the Burgetts buried there, except for Charlotte Burgett (# 114922502). I haven't been able to find any information about her. I am guessing that she is related to the James and Edna (Harrison) Burgett family from the photo you posted.

Thank you so much for all you do.

Joyce,
Thank you for all of the Burgett family cemetery photos you have added to Hillside Cemetery memorials. They are beautiful.

RE: Millard memorials in Shiloh Cemetery
Hi! I located this information in the Linn Co Gen library, in the coroner's reports. The forms indicated which funeral home took possession of the deceased, and what cemetery was to be used. Many stones have sunken below the surface and may not be visible, or have deteriorated beyond reading - or there may have been a change in burial location which wasn't documented in the coroners reports. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Anna & Nicholas Hubbell
Thank you Joyce for your recent photos of the memorial stones of Anna & Nicholas Hubbell! I am trying to connect this family together, and that is when I came upon the Hubbell family at Brick Churchyard Cemetery. I see there are still memorials for family members that have no dates entered, and no photos. I sent off a request for William Hubbell, do you need separate photo requests for each person ?

Edith N Wood
I should have said her niece was my great grandmother, who named her daughter Edith, my grandfather's sister (you'd think she'd have been the one to have the silver!). I've always wondered if Edith died in childbirth, one year after her marriage. So many women did.
