I am a former Chapter Chaplain for the Lansing Chapter DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) in Lansing Michigan. We have a project of marking at least 2 graves per year of Past Regents who are deceased, with our DAR insignia grave marker. We have decided that there is a need to photograph graves and, as a chapter, decided to create a new project of photographing headstones of our area graves, starting with the smaller graves that seem to get less attention. I no longer live in the area, But I have moved to Florida. I am still working on the project and others. I love being able to help document the legacy of others.
