|Lori||Davis family in KY|
Hi, are you related to the Davis and/or Walker family in northern Kentucky? I have a brick wall that I can't seem to break down! Looking for the parents of Malinda Davis Caplinger Walker, my 3rd ggrandmother. I THINK her father was Samuel Davis, and she may have had a brother, George. They lived around Henry County.

Thank you for this photo however it is of his father and mother
I wish I had checked his file again earlier! Thank you so much Bill for adding all of the information on Andrew and posting his gravestone. I find it so interesting that my Hefner family was also from Harrison County, Virginia (West Virginia)! Makes me wonder if they ever knew each other. Little did they know then that two sides of my family would be from the same location. Andrew Lee married my 4th great aunt on my father's mother's side and the Hefner line was from my mother's mother's side.

The memorial #118358764 that you created for my great uncle is very much appreciated. I had found the same estate records for his mother that you mentioned, but until I found this memorial, I only knew that he died before his mother. As his father and at least one of his uncles had settled in Indiana, I had thought that he also went west. I think that Andrew was Joseph's eldest son while my second great grandfather Perry was the youngest. Thank you for adding so much to my family's history.

|Nannette ||Seeking Bowling Family Sketch|
Hi! Can you please tell me the source of the 1883 sketch written by William K. Bowling that you used as a biography for Find A Grave Memorial# 80367308 Sarah "Sally" Spillman Bowling? I'd very much like to read the entire piece on the Bowling family history. Sincerely yours, Mrs. Rod

Hi Bill, I agree the dates on the stone and the dates on her death cert. don't match. Do you know which one is correct? Lanny Crawley

I was happy to do it for you. Desert Memorial Park is a very nice cemetery here in the Palm Springs area. Walton Titus, being quite accomplished himself, is certainly in good company here surrounded by the final resting spots of Frank Sinatra, Sonny Bono, William Powell, Busby Berkeley, Betty Hutton and many more.
I have been visiting, documenting and photographing cemeteries since the 1980's and i have never seen a cemetery as well laid out and well marked as Desert Memorial Park. Once you are given a location section and grave #, you can and will find the plot you are looking for in 5 minutes. Every section is at the most 4 or 5 rows and there are many number markers in the ground in each section so you know exactly which row to go to quickly. If you do ever make it to CA and to Desert Memorial Park, you will find Walton Titus in no time!
All the best to you. ~ Tom
