|Zuzu*s Petals||Maria Risi Memorial|
Thank you very much for the photo you left on the memorial page I created for Maria Risi #67014123. However, I recently took a picture of her crypt marker and would prefer to use it on her memorial page; so, I am regretfully asking you to please remove your picture from her memorial page. I am sorry for the inconvenience and hoping this causes no ill feelings.
Cheers - Kathie

Wes, this is rather puzzling! Your Memorial shows Spencer Karol buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Cathedral City, California, and you told me that you took the photograph of the memorial yourself. The first Spencer Karol Memorial that was created back in 2006 shows Spencer Karol buried in Holbrook Cemetery in Holbrook, Arizona. So here's what I did earlier:
I called the City of Holbrook (Holbrook Cemetery being a City cemetery maintained by the City of Holbrook), and I asked the woman I spoke with if she would check to see if a Spencer Karol, date of death October 6, 2003, is buried there in Holbrook Cemetery. She looked and said to me, "Yes, he is. He's buried in Veterans Plot 279." That's exactly what appears on the other Memorial!
Just to make my inquiries complete, I called Forest Lawn Memorial Park, asked the woman I spoke with the same question I asked the woman in Holbrook, Arizona. The woman at Forest Lawn told me yes, he is buried there!
He obviously can't be buried in both cemeteries! There are only two possible explanations I can think of anyway:
He may have initially been buried in one of those two cemeteries and then at some point moved to the other cemetery.
The other possibility I can think of is that he is actually buried in one of those two cemeteries and simply has a memorial in the other cemetery.
Would you have any "theories" as to why Holbrook City Cemetery and Forest Lawn Memorial Park both show Spencer Karol as buried in their respective cemetery?

Do you recall the year and place it was taken? I enjoy older photographs. I have dozens of my father from the 50s and 60s.

Thank you for the prompt, high quality picture that you put on Harry Fork's memorial. I appreciate it very much.
If your camera captures GPS metadata I would be interested in it so that I can add that to his memorial and that of his wife, who I assume from the similar stone was next to him.
Thank you for the additional info on Mr. Lumpkin. Memorial has been updated. Diane
