I love genealogy. My husband and I traveled to find the gravesites of our relatives and were so thrilled when we found them. We took pictures and made memorial pages for our family albums so when I found Find A Grave I was happy to be able to add them for future family researchers. What a great idea! I hope I can help someone else find who they are looking for. Credit FAG, it is a wonderful site.

RE: Mary Rowan
My best thought is simply to delete her name with hopes that someone who knows this branch better than I can appropriately add her. Thank you for the courtesy of your reply. Next time I am at Huxford Library, I will see if there is any further info on Mary Rowan.

RE: Sterling & Beulah
I am on the hunt for death and burial records for Martha. Martha was a patient at Central State Hospital in Milledgeville for some time between 1912 (my mother, Emma's birth),and Martha's death, perhaps 1917. That psychiatric hospital is closed now but the state maintains records which I cannot access without a death certificate and court order. When I was a child in the 50's Martha's situation was not discussed in my immediate family so little is known now amongst the living.

There is no Find A Grave memorial for Martha but I hope to create one if I can find some facts. She is traceable via various sources until just after my mother's birth in 1912. Right now the best bet is that she died in Thomas County or Dougherty County, but I have no record; I have contacted Baldwin county, where the hospital was located and they have no death record for her. I will contact Thomas & Dougherty Counties, today. If no results, then I will go to the State of GA.

Hi, Cat:

Your work has been very helpful to me; thank you.

Regarding the posting of Milton Eakes Kingsley: I believe the sibling relationships are incorrect. Milton was one of three children of Sterling Kingsley and his first wife Beulah. Beulah was tragically burned to death when, as a toddler, Louise knocked over a kerosene lamp next to Beulah as she played the piano.

Emma (my mother) was the only child of Sterling and his second wife, Martha Gary Jordan.

So the sibling information should indicate the following:

George Thomas Kingsley (1899 - 1984)
Georgia Louise Kingsley Dunnavant (1905 - 1992)
Emma Robina Kingsley Rossman (1912 - 1963)**

** half-sibling

Again, thank you. It has been more than 60 years since I visited the Boston, GA cemetery so my memory was, to say the least, fading.

Have you ever tried to locate his children to link them up with him and his wife Siney?

Ms. Cat,
I use a procedure to enter the data using the data from an obituary without it looking like it was taken from the obituary (most of the time) so if you don't mind transferring the Memorial page to me I will add the data and if you want it back I will transfer it back to you. Thanks CAT.

First Link
Ms. Cat,
I attempted to Link John David Williams to his father myself and I was successful, so you need not bother with that link. It took a while for Find A Grave to notify me so I did not think that it worked but it finally worked. Now I will attempt to link his son to his dad. I still have a lot more data for John David Williams Memorial page. Thank you for all of you work with Find A Grave.
