RE: John Malloy
There was another stillborn baby Malloy who was buried on 2/4/1950 and in another area of that Block P where the others were buried. I had taken a picture of approx where the baby was buried. I went a head and added the memorial so I could post the picture. I couldn't find any other information for this one. Have you discovered any other babies in that family that may have been buried there?

RE: John Malloy
Hi again,

I didn't create the Goldie Malloy memorial. Since this is your family info, do you want to send a request/edit to the "Sue" who created it with a short explanation as to why she should remove it? I thought maybe coming from a family member might be better. Let me know if you have a problem getting it taken off. I made a note that the cemetery does not have this person and it may be a duplicate, however, after I sent it I'm thinking this note may have gone to you, the requester, rather than the person who created the memorial. Sorry for my mistake. :-)

RE: John Malloy
I didn't find Thomas & Violet in Mountain View Cemetery. These are the Malloys that I copied. It doesn't paste well, but the 2 digit numbers after the name is the age, then where they died, and the death date is last. I hope this helps.

The other Mountain View Cemetery that I know of is in Dillon, Beaverhead county, MT -- about 65 miles south of Butte.

Malloy Carrie 45 Warm Springs, Dr Ldg 25-May-23
Malloy Charles Brian 61 Butte, Silver Bow 16-Jan-54
Malloy Helen W 66 Butte, Silver Bow 21-Nov-82
Malloy Ida 71 Butte, Silver Bow 27-Apr-42
Malloy Infant 0 Butte, Silver Bow 6-Jun-34
Malloy Mandi Simola 91 Butte, Silver Bow 19-Apr-76
Malloy Mickey 49 Butte, Silver Bow 18-Feb-68
Malloy Sam 72 Butte, Silver Bow 20-Mar-64

RE: John Malloy
Yes, two of those babies and John Malloy are all buried close to one another in the same area. John is in grave 5 and the other two are both in grave 8 (possibly siblings of each other--but maybe not of John). However, it is hard to tell exactly one grave from the other without any markers for any them. Grave 5 & Grave 8 are probably a little farther apart than the two flowers I put there to indicate where they are buried.

Goldie Malloy
Let me know about what you think if Goldie is a separate person. If you feel it's a duplicate for John, will you have the memorial removed?

John Malloy
Did you decide that John Malloy and Goldie Malloy were the same baby? There are two baby Malloys buried in the same plot as John Malloy, one died in 1951 and the other died in March of 1939. I posted the picture with flowers I "borrowed" from another grave to indicate where the graves are. It's really hard to tell where each one is as there isn't many markers or headstones in that area.

Elizabeth Kersting- Calvary L.A.

If you can call Calvary Cemetery (323)261-3106 for the grave location I will get the photo for you! Do not email because they will not reply. I would call for you but Since I am probably the only regular active volunteer there I have made many many calls to them for locations and they are very annoyed with me.
