RE: Photo
I did move it to GG Grandfather's memorial. As I said I had intended to do that after someone posted the picture of the newer stone for him and Grandmother, but I'm working on five other trees and
I just forgot about going back and moving it. You can't believe how excited I was when I found his stone at the museum on a trip to Texas in 2011 and then a wonderful postal worker found his military stone depicting his service in the Civil War, in a basement in a Post Office in San Antonio and contacted me. Living 500 miles away in Oklahoma I had a beautiful cousin who was able to get the stone and place it at his grave. Thank you for what you do for Find A Grave. It is so appreciated. Thank you- Kathy

RE: Photo
At the time there was no stone that I found for Amanda or her husband Francis Johnson at the cemetery and I don't think there was a memorial for Francis there yet on Find A Grave. Since then a stone was placed for both of them. Francis Johnson is her husband and the broken stone was found under a house. No one knew where the burial plot was so it was being housed in the Fayetteville museum where I found it and took the picture. Since it is Amanda's husband I didn't think it would be a problem at that time. I will remove it. Amanda Kerr and Francis Johnson are my GG Grandparents. Thanks for contacting me. I had meant to go back and remove it after the new picture of the joint stone was added and just never got around to it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. -Kathy

Skip, thank you for the photo.
your time and volunteer service to help others is greatly appreciated.

Do you happen to have a photo of the wall that he is on?
If so would you mind sharing it with me?

Skip, upon seeing the other entries for these people, I deleted my new entry for wife Mildred and the spouse link to your entry for Aubrey. If you wish to do so, you may redo a new entry for her in that cemetery. If you'd like it, I'll be happy to send you the obit. Let me know.

RE: Aubrey H. Ashby
Considering who the funeral home is that is handling wife Mildred's services, it would seem they "should" be in Shelby Co, I agree.

Louis and Vernell Bremer
Hi Skip,
Vernell was not mentioned in Louis E. Bremer's find a grave. Vernell's number is 74600500. Lou is mentioned in her Obituary. Could you please add her to Lou's site?

Thanks in advance,

Sara

Also I would love a picture of Vernell's grave site. She and I bought an angel for her grave less than a year before she died. I would love to see if it's still there.
