Dear Judy, Thanks for adding the parents to this memorial. I was not able to connect my ancestors further back without your help. I still think that this is my gr.gr.gr.grandfather's grave because it is next to his wife. The 1806 date could actually be his birth date instead. This graveyard did not exist in 1806, so that was a problem. Texas Independence was not until 1836. I wish someone could actually try to read this headstone, but that seems impossible. Thanks again for your help. Sincerely, Dale Lane

|Eugene Watson||Koeglar Hill Cemetery|
Hi, Judy, Eugene Watson here. I'm still trying to learn more about the Koeglar Hill cemetery out on 1984 west of Maxwell. I noticed that there is a Maxwell cemetery that might be confused with the Mexican Maxwell cemetery, and I've notice that the Koeglar Hill cemetery isn't on really on a google search, the Maxwell cemetery shows up, and I think the picture associated with the goggle search I saw was for what I know as the Koeglar hill cemetery.
I'm interested in finding out who owns that land, and how the cemetery can be restored.
I've made contact, attempted to, with the Methodist church. I've seen the list of the folks that were posted as being buried there.
Using the 1880 Caldwell county censes for that precinct I've found that many of the folks on that census are buried in the Koeglar Hill cemetery, that's why I chose that location to put my GG Grandmother Charlotte McDonald, some of her McKay family members are buried there as well.
I'd like for you to email me (email@example.com) so that we can carry out some extended discussion on that cemetery.
I want to organize a cleanup for those folks there.

Hi Judy, thanks for making the additions that I send in for my great aunt Ida. Good to have her linked to her birth family. Very much appreciated.
|Anonymous||Wilhelm Mueller, born 1833|
I was just wondering what your basis is for Wilhelm being the son of Eilert and brother of Eilert Mueller, Jr. I have the parish records for Jade where the two Eilert were born, and Wilhelm is not listed as a son of Eilert. It shows two sons, Eilert, born 1834 and Georg, born 1838 and died in Germany, and a sister, Anna Helene (married Cordes and Ruether), born 1831. Anna died in 1899 in Warrenton and is buried at Drawe Cemetery.
|Becky Mitchell||William J Black|
Hi, I put in a photo request for William J Black in the Lockhart Cemetery, TX. A Findagrave profile you originated. The photo volunteer could not find the grave so talked to the cemetery manager who said William J Black was not on the master list. I thought that was odd since you created many profiles in that cemetery and got the information from somewhere. Could you shed light on the mystery? Where is the information for William J Black's burial in the Lockhart Cemetery? Thank You!
