After extensive research for 30 years, I am still searching for answers to questions about my ancestors. My families are Hendrix/Hendricks,Johnson, Edge, McCulloch, Hill, Kitchens, Neal, Roper, Rosser, Posey, Box, Reynolds, Terry, McBride, Linton, Owen, Graham, Holland, McCrary. If I have put info on some of our common ancestors and you want to add more info, let me know because sharing helps all of us.

Find A Grave transferred about 9,000 memorials to me that MULDER had entered. I will be glad to transfer any of those memorials to someone with info to add.

Latest Yellow Fever Reports at Decatur, Ala.
Memphis, Sept. 27 - Our chief committee is prepared to give assistance to all who need it. We especially depreciate the making of appeals for help by other parties. When our committee needs more help they will give due notice to the public.
Miss Nannie Jones died today. No new cases since noon. There are suspicious cases at Hanceville, Hartselle and Madison, all Decatur refugees. I think the fever is not likely to spread in these villages at this season of the year. Mr. Busheit, at Cullman, is doing well.

Bailey Pierce Pullen
Hello...I see you created the memorial for Bailey Pierce Pullen and I thank you so much for doing so. However, his middle name is not Pierce but it is Price, and I am asking if you can change it to the correct name. He is a great uncle to me and his brother Hugh Pullen, is my grandfather. My uncle, Bailey Price Pullen, was named after him. Thank you and I look forward to your reply.

Incorrect information for John L Thomas
This is his daughter Louise. His birthday is not in Nov. It is Jan. 29, 1924. My name is Johnney Louise Sloan. You also have Rossie's middle name incorrect. Leona not Lane. Please make these changes. We as a family would like to have control of our dad's information so we can add additional information.

Thank you. Please respond.

Carl Primmer
Harry Woodrow "Bud" Primmer, CMSgt, USAF Retired
Please note my brothers actual rank. It was the highest rank, (E9) of an enlisted service member can earn. Bud served 32 years in the service to his county, starting as a flight engineer and top turret gunner on B17s. I ask you change the Sft to CMSgt.
Thanks, Carl E Primmer, Primmeer Family Tree

PS Excellent writing about Carol.

Hill and Moore Lines

We may have common ancestors. My Mother was Ruth Elizabeth HILL, daughter of James Henry HILL and Mary Wade MOORE. Reason Thomas MOORE and Robert Alexander HILL were my Great Grandfathers.

I'm trying currently to sort out Reason Thomas MOORE's parentage is , so far, proving to be problematic. I find conflicting data concerning his birth date which some sources show as 1841 while others detail 1847. Also, the legend is that Reason Thomas MOORE ran away from home sometime after his mother died and is father remarried. I suspect (I presently have no hard data to back this up) that these incidents may have taken place between 1856 and 1859.

I saw one reference to a Sam MOORE with children similar to those in the family of Reason Thomas MOORE. Even though he had run away from home he could have named some of his children after siblings like James, Rachel, Delia and Rufus.
