I'm very much interested in updating or otherwise improving the memorials that I manage. The best way that I know of, to say thanks to all the people who take the time to send information, is to post it right away. I will try.

My health is not good, but I do the best I can for all the people whom I have memorialized.

Changing the first name on a memorial other than what is on the headstone will cause confusion for people and duplicates. I will add the full name in the bio section. In my personal case, I go by my middle name. No one knows me by my first name.

Please consider every memorial that I have posted as a work in progress, as I will continue to try to improve them.

Thank you and may God bless all that took the time to leave a flower at the memorial for my baby girl, Crystal Jeanine Hill. It means more than you might know.

I just stopped by My Little Darling's memorial and visited awhile. Seeing all the outpouring of words of comfort and the virtual flowers was almost overwhelming. Thank you all and may our God bless each and every one of ya'll.

If I've created any memorials in the last 30 days, you can click here to view them.

Hi Gene,

I appreciate you pulling over my information that I have placed in Find A Grave. Is there a way that you can place the children list more correctly. I do have more information on most of Cordelia's and J.D. children. Just let me know if you want this extra family information.

David Hill
My grandfather is Arnold Hill, son of David Hester Hill (aka also known as Hester David Hill) and Tilda Young. Hester's parents are David Hill and Savannah Goss. I have little information on David Hill and where he may be buried. I suspect that he is buried near the Ebenezer area around 1910 to 1920. Do you have any information?

RE: Martha Hargrove memorial note
good chuckle. Nothing like confusion. I just corresponded with a professional researcher who confused 2 people with same name - one born 1860's and other 1880's. The 2 people were related but probably never met, except when 2nd was perhaps a tiny baby. One died in Texas in 1930's and other in Pine Bluff, Ark in 1940s.

Martha Hargrove
Gene, I just checked with my source in LCA. We had you mixed up with Sgt Irons (a Hargrove/Holt cousin). Again, please accept my apologies.

Oh my, I was told by person in LCA you were now deceased. I believed them and didn't check. Obviously, I should have So sorry about that.

RE: John F. Roberts family
He died in 89, so a long time ago, but a great guy. When you have time, look at his grave. It took me 2 years to pay for it. He is buried in the cemetery with most of his family, and I wanted to tie them together.

RE: John F. Roberts family
You are welcome. It is my family too-though not close. But I am trying to fill in some, since ancestry seems to have more records, and others have gotten on. As you know, when I find more, I always stop to add it. Makes for a bit more book-keeping- but I enjoy it. By the way, I am the widow of Gene Hill- and every time I see your name startle. Gerry
