Frank Cemetery - Austin Co., TX
Shirley - I can't thank you enough for finding, documenting, and photographing this little cemetery back in 2010. Your work is absolutely invaluable. It's now 2017, and you can't imagine the destruction that's taken place here. May I have your permission to post a couple of "after" pictures on some of the most damaged memorials? Of course, I'll be sure to suggest "EDITS" to indicate that your photos came first; mine are by comparison. It's truly heartbreaking. I'll send you these photos privately, as well. It's sad that the caretakers of this historically-marked cemetery can maintain their pool equipment [sorry Frank family who might be reading this] on the other side of the fence, and yet give proper credit and maintenance to their ancestors.

Thank you for the information that you sent me. I only asked to confirm that it was indeed correct due to the fact that it was the first case I've come across and I just wanted to make sure I had it correct, or that it was correct. Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate it.

RE: Howard G. Hutchins
Then I have the right person. That was the story she was eventually told. Not the who did what but the altercation that occurred that led to his untimely death. The picture on his grave is the only picture she has of him. So sad he left this world so soon and so sad a daughter never had a chance to know her father and be a part of his family and in turn he never had the chance to see his two grandkids, our kids because he would be very proud of them. She was hoping she had Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Grandparents to connect with through this discovery. She is feeling lost or like she is missing something very important to her and in her life. Thank you again for your help. I haven't received any calls or emails so I feel like that one picture is the end of the road for her in her quest to find out who she is and where her family and their ancestry comes from.

Hope you had a blessed weekend. Thank you again for everything. I really hope this turns out well for Misty. I too have been in a similar situation. Fortunately my birth father was still alive. Didn't get to see that relationship grow but I did find a grandfather and a sister because if that journey.

RE: Howard G Hutchins (Misty Dean)
It would be greatly appreciated and mean more than you may ever know. Her Mom was adopted and the family she grew up in is very small and dwindling fast. The only blood family she has is her Mom and that is a whole other issue with not knowing who her blood family is and where she comes from on her side.

We know basically what happened to Howard. When I showed her the picture two days ago that was the first time she has ever seen him. You can only imagine how intense that was for her and how happy she was finally seeing his face.

Im just trying to help her find out where she comes from and who she is. Maybe just maybe connect her to family and family to her. She and I have two beautiful great kids to that this affects too.

She has been told so many stories since the dawn of time by her family. It took forever just to give her his name.

Howard G Hutchins (Misty Dean)

I am hoping this finds you and I have found the right Howard G Hutchins.

My name is Kirk Martin, my wife, well ex wife and best friend is Misty D'Ann Dean. Her mother is Kellie Dean.

Misty has been searching for the truth on what happened to her father.

He was killed in a homicide when she was just a baby. She never knew him and her family wouldn't ever give her a complete story or it would change every time she asked. She feels like a piece of her is missing. I was doing my own ancestry and had attempted years before ancestry. com was in existence to find her father for her. I came across a death certificate for Howard and the found him on find a grave. The good looking young man I found a photo of looks a lot like Misty. Can you help me?
