I am an Orange, Texas native, now retired and reside in Humble, TX. |
A few years ago I started working on family genealogy and discovered the Find-A-Grave site and have found it to be a great research tool. I have created memorials in the area of East Texas, primarily in Orange, TX.
I will gladly make any corrections and/or additions brought to my attention. Also, I will act promptly on those transfer requests made under Find-A-Grave guidelines, i.e, "...requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren."

A family bible (pages in my possession) gives Aunt Willie's mother as Sarah Adline (Barbee) Bayliss. MY research indicates her mother was likely Sarah "Sally" (Cook) Barbee. I believe her FindAGrave biography needs editing.
