Bio

On February 15, 2009 my husband, Terry, & I lost our daughter (Diana), capping a decade that seemed to be full of loss including my brother-in-law in 2000 and my parents, Lindell and Sue Adams, in 2001. The events of 9/11/2001 helped to put our losses that year in perspective. In October of 2011, our youngest daughter, Crissy happened upon Findagrave and found Diana's memorial. Update: August 7, 2022 we lost our only son, Terry Paul Wilde, Jr. to cancer.

After losing my husband's brother to cancer December 5, 2011 & the unexpected death of a beloved sister-in-law January 29, 2012, we became interested in our family histories which led us back to Findagrave. I have begun to try to find family members in Findagrave and armed with a fistful of obituaries, death certificates and funeral cards I have started to add family members. I hope to add non-family members as I visit the cemeteries. If you happen on a family member of yours or other connection that I have added, or if you are a closer family member than I, please feel free to contact me to transfer the memorial to you. You will have to join Findagrave if you haven't already, but it is free and easy to sign up.

God has blessed me with a loving family with my husband, four children, Lori, Diana, Terry, Jr. and Christina, twelve grandchildren, five great-grandsons and two great granddaughters. I also have a wonderful loving extended family. I have two sisters and three brothers of whom I am the oldest.

My families are Wilde, Engle, Adams, Polivick, Crabtree, Goin, Heard, Gupton and Wheatley at this time .

I try really hard to be accurate, but I'm sure I make mistakes. If anybody finds an error, an inadvertent duplicate entry or has more information I would be very pleased to hear from you. It is the highlight of my day when I receive an edit. I also would be happy to transfer memorials to family members.

Thanks,
Linda
