I've been doing my family tree since the early 1980's. Met up with a second cousins of mine and we haven't stopped. Our Goldy family first appears in New Hanover/Pemberton, Burlington County, NJ in 1704.

**UPDATE: (May 2022) In 1701 found original documentation of our Samuel Goldy along with William Penn at Friends Meeting in Falls Twp, Bucks County, PA. They were witness' to the marriage between John Routledge and Margaret Dalton.

There is a stream named for the first Goldy family in Pemberton, NJ. Its name is "Goldy Run", which starts at a farm on Vincentown Rd/Hanover St and runs through Pemberton entering the Rancocas Creek at the old mill.

From Postiglione, Salerno, Italy is my line of the Romagnano. Some Americanized it to Romaine. Descendants of Angelo and Angelica Florentino Romagnano, my gr gr gr gr grandparents.

From Avellino, Campania, Italy, my gr grandmother Elisa Lombardi, the daughter of Fiorentino Biagio Raffaele Lombardi and Gaetana Zigarelli/Zingerelli. Elisa was first married to Michele/Michael Testa in Italy...reasons unknown she left him and came to America (pregnant).
