RE: Roberts
I was delighted to find the memorial you created for Lizzie Green Roberts. Thank you so much for creating that memorial & working to make Find A Grave such a useful tool. As I search through my family on Ancestry, I am trying to add links and info as it is found. You have made the task so much easier. At first I was skeptical of Lizzie's death in Oregon until I found out that her daughter was in Oregon at that time. She was probably living with or visiting her daughter at the time of her death. Thank you again. Grace A.

Carrie Benjamin #12531106
Hi Steve:
Some time ago you added a photo for Carrie Benjamin. Would it be possible to see if there is a headstone for her husband, M. W. Benjamin, who is supposed to be buried beside her? Also, I believe that her daughter, Eleanor Billingsley and husband Jay are buried close by. I found a death certificate for Eleanor that states she was buried here. The Forest Cemetery records show: Carrie Benjamin, Sec. 46, Lot 19NE 1/4 1 (with her husband buried at 2) and Elenor L. Billingsley, Sec. 46, 19SW 1/4 3 (with her husband at 4). Thanks.

Request
Steve,
I believe we might be related. My name is Denise Gasper Albert. My mother was Irene "Lucile" Chilcote Gasper, daughter of Elza Clinton Chilcote & Millie Irene Sarvis- daughter of Isaac "Frank" Sarvis. Do you have a sister Christine? She & I are the same age. We lived in Beacon, then Montezuma & Brooklyn, IA. I now live in Marengo.

I have a request that you remove notaton info about my Dad (Carl E. Gasper) on memorial #115870542. We do not acknowledge that he was married to her. Her first husband is @ Forest w/o a death date. He burnt to death & never proved not an accident- enough said.

Thank you very much.
Best regards
Denise

Frank Whitsel bio
Thanks for the obit. from the Eddyville paper. I was only 2 yrs. old when Mr.Whitsel died, and am not aware where he lived, but at that time, the Covey mail delivery was out of Beacon, until about 1955 or so, as I recall. So, the Whitsels may well have lived out in our 'neighborhood, about 2 miles west of Given where his daughter, Nellie? Harper lived, near to her daughter, Edith Harper Lee, and went to rural school with Edith's sons, Tom and Jim Lee.
Again, thanks for the info.
