Memorial duplication
Just recently, Find A Grave Memorial # 9678035, for Colonel Dwight Woodbury, was transferred over to me at Find-A-Grave. Someone has pointed out to me that you have a newer duplicate memorial for him as well (Find A Grave Memorial# 18648999). In order to avoid any confusion, would you mind deleting your memorial? I appreciate your consideration in this.

He wasn't greedy..he simply beat the red man at his own game.
No man owns the land, remember that.
D. Davis

One can only write that comment " he simply beat the red man at his own games" didn't get past the walk through cemetery and reading his stone.
The deeper one looks you will find completely different facts to this man. When I first researched him I was so upset I walked away from it for several days. Then I went with gusto because I wanted to know the facts from the fiction. I grew up a Buckeye, I wanted the truth, beating the "red man" is small fry compared to his real inner demons.
I say God rest his soul and may the angels surround him with love-
He isn't my hero but he is to many others-

I noticed here on Find A Grave that you've taken several very well done photos of graves in Lenawee County, as well as the entrance sign to St John's Lutheran Cemetery. I was wondering if you'd be willing to take six photos of graves in St John's Cemetery and two photos in Oakwood Cemetery? I live out of state, so I'm not able to do it myself.

Thank you, Joyce

Bertram headstone pic
Thank you so much for taking the picture of Earl and Murl's headstone. I didn't know that he had married a second time, nor that her name was Murl. It looks from the picture that the weather was nice. Thank you again for your time and effort, you have given me another name to research and a great, great picture. Anita
