Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi, my name is Erin. :-)
I'm a pet photographer in Los Angeles and in my spare time my mom and I love researching our genealogy. Our family names include Tomanek, Haug, Essert, O'Connell, Welch, Brown, Wilson, Sullivan, and Applegate (from the NJ Applegates in the Rev. War) among others. I'm happy to photograph any grave requests for the Los Angeles and surrounding areas, or those we stumble across in our travels. Good luck and God Bless!

RE: Anna and Richard D. Welch
Please, in the future, send all corrections, etc by using the Edit tab on each memorial. That way, they will surely be addressed.
Thank you,

Photo Volunteer
Hello, I'm a find a grave photo volunteer who lives near the Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, Illinois. There is some confusion about photos at this cemetery, but when I contacted the cemetery, they said photos are allowed. However they will charge me $10 for more than one lookup. You can call the office and request one lookup. If you can post the location in the photo request I will attempt to get the photo for you. Please don't email me with the location.

The number is 847-864-5061. Susanne D.

RE: John Ryan
When I called the office there and gave them the name, I told them all I had was Block 16. She told me she could not find a John Ryan. I can try to find it as I found another one in the same block but the cemetery is very hard to find anything. The maps have the paths marked but they were filled in and graves placed within them. It does not make sense to me to show the paths when they are no longer there. I am going to try and avoid that cemetery as much as possible. I am glad that the picture was there!

Fink's @ BethOlem
I am so sorry, but there are no Fink markers or gravestones that I could read or locate. I did find an sec. & lot for one of the Fink's but the stone is missing, and the other two are too worn away to read. I did take photos of this area, I can send them and you can decide if you want to add them. Also, I am double checking with Clover Hill Park Cemetery as some were moved there. I'll let you know what I find.
Again I am so sorry

RE: Beth Olam
YES, I have a print out, If you know the name I can look it up, also, some interments were moved to Clover Hill Park Cemetery (I live across the street from Clover Hill) so I can look there as well. There are about 2 pages of numbered graves that non-legible, but the guard at Beth Olam, has a better list. I'll be off and on here all send me the names, I'll check for you.

RE: Thank you!!
That's cool. I found one the other day that was completely covered with grass. I was poking a metal tip around where I thought the grave was and felt the stone. I was able to uncover it and it was face up thankfully. FYI I will be adding some French names to Moffett Cemetery and I have a few pictures just not the ones you requested. I will be going back though in a few weeks if it cools down.

Lynn James Warren
Lynn was my cousin. He was a fabulous researcher.
Several of us that worked with him miss him a lot.
Thanks again

Gotleib and Hedwig Moke
Thanks for the photos for these two in Graceland.
Hedwig was a first cousin of my dad. It is nice the get cloe ones completed. I will likely have more requests in the Mitchell cemetries as I finish working on data that I put together when I was out the 2 weeks ago. I photographed totally three cemeteries close by Parkston, but did not get to Mitchell or Centerville.

RE: Clyde McCabe headstone
Thank you so much Erin for taking the time on your trip to take those photos.

Hi Dave,
I see your from SoCal too. :-) I was in Mitchell, SD on a genealogy trip so made sure to photograph Clyde's headstone for you. I took a couple of shots, including one that shows it in context in the cemetery. I find it more interesting, and it gives it a sense of place, in addition to the close-up photos.
