I believe that genealogy is made much easier by the common efforts of many.

I am in the Dallas Metroplex and have spent much time in the local cemeteries. You will also find that I travel to Missouri, Tennessee, Oklahoma or other locations in search of kinfolk.

If you are connected to any of the families in my virtual cemeteries, I would love to hear from you.

This is a labor of love. Photographs confirm information but the labor of those that enter from obits and those that enter personal family information will prove to be invaluable to those that come after us.

If you have any additional information to share on any of the memorials that I have set up, I will be happy to enter your information or link to other memorials.

I am especially interested in older pictures that show life as it was. If you have more than 1 or 2 pictures of this type, let me know. We can place any number of pictures (within reason) on the internet for all to see.

As hard as I try not to, from time to time I do make mistakes. If you do see a mistake, please bring it to my attention politely. I tend to ignore rude and/or ignorant folks or those that think the world revolves about them.

Corrections and additions to memorials are made much easier if you use the "Edit" tab on the memorial. Personal correspondence may be by way of my email. I may be a bit slow in responding to emails if I am out of town at the time.

If you find that you have received information that is helpful, please check the offerings of the various advertisers, from time to time on any web site that may have benefited you.

Most of all, enjoy the history of your kin folk.

Bettiemma Scoggins #147299370
James, I would like to use your photo of Bettiemma's grave marker on WikiTree - a FREE world tree. My WikiTree error report flags her name as unique, but questionable. A photo of her grave marker will put this matter to rest.

Thanks you for your great work!

Hi James, Thank you for posting the obit for my Mom, Margie Louise Caldwell. Unfortunately, Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home had originally made some errors on their obit. I contacted them and they were corrected the next day. Could I give you the info to correct or email you the corrected obit? It is regarding her maiden name. Donnelly's used my Grandpa's middle name (McCoy) as Mom's maiden name and then they used her married name (Caldwell)as her maiden name. Her maiden name was Bryan. I just joined Find a grave today so please forgive me if I am going about this incorrectly! Thank you again. Mary Caldwell Miller

I am looking for a person by this name that was a classmate. We are trying to find her date of death and want to make sure we have the correct person. She went to Bryan Adams High School, class of 1975.
Thank you,

Mary Ann Kozlovsky #125-417-890
I have three updates pending for two of your Find A Grave individuals that you have created:

Mary Ann Kozlovsky #125 417 890 as well as her husband John Bernard Kozlovsky #142-747-63.

I had submitted these updates April 25
1) to add Mary Ann's maiden name and attach her to her parents
2) her birth and death places
3) Place of birth of John Bernard and attach him to his parents.

Mary Ann and I are 1st Cousins once removed.
