I was born and raised in Minden, NE, haved lived in Omaha, NE since 1974. I am doing my family genealogy for Albers-Bloomfield-Conyers-Gartner-Kuhn/Kuehn/Keen-Mathers-Nuss-Sasse and all their descendants. I have been working on genealogy for about 40 years and still feel I have only scratched the surface.|
I love exploring and photographing cemeteries, not only for myself but for you who are also searching.
Anytime, if you want to copy my photos, you are welcome, I am here to help all genealogists in their search.

Rose Marie, I have added another photo of the Torske parents' stone. It had to be taken at an angle due to severe shadows when attempting a head-on shot. Sorry if the other pic shows up "turned", as it is upright and okay per my view. That's odd. I could re-try uploading if you wish.
|Tim Andersen||John Anderson|
I have requested some edits for John Anderson. 170508373. Yes I know the names are spelled differently 'on' vs 'en'. John was my grandpa's brother and for some reason, he did it different. Hattie was his second wife, Mary his first wife. Thank you very much for adding his memorial and the pictures.
|Tim Andersen||Thank you Rose!|
Thanks for the photo of Uncle Ray and Aunt Margaret Andersen's grave!
|Acouple3||Roy Albers photo Oakland Cemetery Seneca SD|
I was up in the Seneca SD area today bringing my folks to Faulkton High School reunion. I had time and went back to Seneca Cemeteries to fulfill photo requests. I walked the entire Oakland cemetery North to South and again East to West. I suppose its possible I missed ROY ALBERS dod:1925 but I don't know how I would have.
Who are his parents, and do you have other documentation for him with the name Roy? I ask because I found 2 stones that may be of interest:
One was for RAY ALBERS "son of A&I Albers" Oct 13 1922 - Dec 28 1922 "Our Darling"
The second states "Infant Children of August and Ida Albers Our Darlings"
I do not see a listing for Ray on Findagrave, and wonder if he is one of the "Infant Children" as the date is close to Ray dying as an infant as well, or speculating maybe the listing for Roy is a mistake and should be Ray?
I have pix of these two stones if you would like me to email them too you.

It appears that you have uploaded the same gravestone (husband & wife) to 2 different cemeteries:
1. Eldon George Morris - Lincoln Memorial Park - Find A Grave # 70129604
2. Ellen Maren Jacobsen Morris - Minden Cemetery - Find A Grave # 100790710
Eldon & Ellen married in 1937 and lived in or near Minden, NE -- so I doubt that Eldon was buried in Lincoln --
Can you clear up this mystery? Where did you take the picture -- Lincoln or Minden?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Rose Marie.. I've taken a look at the photo and it appears that it reads 70-something.. whether the second number is a 6 or a 0 I am unable to determine.. I even went to Ancestry to check out the 1880 census to see if I could find his proper age but was unable to determine which was the proper William Saltzgaber you were refering to. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.. but if you do find out and need an edit or a memorial transfer just let me know..

There is conflicting information about her birth year on the page. They all differ from a 1900 census I found that lists her birth year as 1862 in Germany and immigration year of 1863. Do you have a photo of her headstone? Do you happen to know anything at all about her parents? Any help would be fantastic! Thank you!
