I may have ask you this before, but do you know who this is? I can not for a grave for her or her husband, perhaps they died in the 1900 hurricane.
Married, at the residence of her parents Mr. and Mrs. L. Chenault, Miss Wilfred Chenault to Mr. E. Hardy Franks, of Galveston, Dr. C. R. Dudley officiating.
The happy couple took the noon train for Galveston. Miss Willie was raised in Gonzales, and is a bright and stylish young lady of a happy and friendly disposition that was her friends wherever she goes. Many friends will wish her success and happiness in marriage.

The person of this Memorial is a paternal cousin to me. She was named Susannah Umpstead "Susan" HART Floyd, a daughter of John Hart 1763-1821 and Patience LANE Hart, 1765-1832. She was the paternal granddaughter of the famous Nancy Ann MORGAN Hart, a Revolutionary War heroine!
Her maternal Grandparents were Jesse LANE I, 1733-1806 & Winifred Amelia AYCOCK Lane, 1741-1794.
I've submitted a correction to her name; please make a correction to the identify of her parents/grandparents.
If you are not related, I would love to manage this memorial. If not, we are cousins!
Here is a link to the Wikipedia overview of Nancy Ann MORGAN Hart. Enjoy! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nancy_Hart

|Susan||RE: Find A Grave Correction: Bertha King|
I am researching my husband's family tree which includes the King line. Today I found her obituary (pdf file) which states: She was born June 22, 1871, at Plano, Collin County, and was reared at McKinney, where her parents moved soon after her birth.
The death certificate is found on Ancestry.com. I can email them to you if you need the originals to verify what I am sharing with you.

I think there is footage of Colonel John "Jack" Steven Chennault standing to the port side of his fighter airplane in the Aleutian Islands of Alaska, "Aleutian Islands Campaign WW2 - Combat Runs over Kiska, Alaska - 1940's" 29:07 from the film https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sd-lt3mqWw4
