|Bio and Links|
A link in the chain has been broken;|
Your loved one has gone to rest.
But through your tear dimmed eyes you see,
That a loving God knows best.
And you must go on without her, and though your loss is great,
She will be there to meet you
At Heaven's Golden Gate.
By Marvel Bennett, written for my mother, Lois Goodman Skinner
A limb has fallen from the family tree.
I keep hearing a voice that says,
"Grieve not for me.
Remember the best times, the laughter, the song,
The good life I lived while I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.
Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine thru.
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.
Remembering all, how I truly was blessed.
Continue traditions, no matter how small.
Go on with your life, don't worry about falls
I miss you dearly, so keep up your chin.
Until the day comes we're together again.

|CryptoGram||RE: Donald Becker|
Our privilege to visit this young hero and his family! Was quite satisfying to see the Becker stone has father Carl's year of death as it was not formerly posted and I could only locate that Dora had been Carl's widow in the 1947 city directory.

I appreciate the addition of the links to Russell's parents, the S.S Death Index info, and the U.S. Census, 1930 and 1940. Thanks for those sources.
Thank you very much for photographing this stone for me.
