Bio and Links
Bio Photo I will no longer consider transfers outside find a grave guidelines. I have found that most people do not do anything to maintain the memorials after receiving them.

I do not intentionally make duplicate memorials. I check a cemetery carefully to make sure a person is not listed before adding them. I am not required to check all of find a grave to see if that person has a memorial. I make most of my memorials from the photos I take of their stones so if they are not listed, they will get a memorial. The first person to add them to the correct cemetery is the memorial that gets to stay. That is find a grave rules. This is not a numbers game but hard work and time spent so that people can find their relatives. I have so many people telling me that my memorial is a duplicate when the other memorial was a burial unknown and moved there after finding mine. Burial unknown memorials are only to be that way for up to 30 days while you find out where they are. They are not meant to be long term. So, if someone tells me that my memorial is a duplicate and I check it out and see it's been moved there, or a burial unknown, I will contact find a grave and ask for them to be merged and most likely you will lose it. They can see what has been done.

You are free to use my photos how you want. But I please ask you to save it to your computer right. If you save it from the memorial page, you will get a tiny photo that is useless. Click on the photo to take you to a larger copy and keep clicking on it until it gets no larger. Then you can save it at full size and people will be able to see it.

I no longer post full obituaries for later years.

Please do not place Missouri death certificates on these memorials. I ask this, but people still do it. There is no reason to take up the space with these death certificates. They are easily accessible online.

Please, do not put information in flowers! Just click on the edit tab and on suggest a correction and send me what ever information you have. I will put it in the bio as soon as possible. If you put it in flowers, I won't know about it and won't be able to put in in the correct place. Also, any information sent will be checked. Thanks!!

RE: Hi fellow Volunteer
What do you think bout the new face of Find a Grave? I may like it if it continues to be fast but some things are not very straight forward,

Hey got your messages. I saved your pic and blew it up and inverted the colors, tried adjusting with black and white etc, BEFORE I tried looking up the 1900 census that usually has a month listed hahaha 1900 census says Jan. 1821 so I changed it to Jan. Thanks for the photos!

Hi fellow Volunteer
Hi Diana,
I was wondering how you are. I've been so busy getting retired haven't had time for much work. My husband is fishing off shore in LA so I have some Bonnie genealogy research time. Thanks for what you did in Mt. Nebo. I was there again cleaning around stones 3 weeks ago and had a couple new stones put in Glensted and Versailles. I'm bringing my 3 youngest granddaughters to see all the cemeteries on the 18th. Boy Mt. Nebo is a mess. No one is mowing it. Versailles is great and so is Hopewell and Glensted. I just got my hands on an 1892 and 1893 Newspaper so it's storming here and I'm having fun. Hope this finds you doing well and again thanks for helping with Mt. Nebo.

Thanks for the photos! And yes, the sun is harsh on those kind of slick stones. I have some for others I need to retake because at the time I took them, it was the only time I could get away for a few hours lol

Hutt/Huff
Hey girl. I got your note about baby Hutt/Huff. I didn't change the name, but I think the stone is an error. Cemetery burial records, death certificate and his obituary have Huff. I did makea note in the bio though about the name. Thanks for the photo!

You have a picture of his wife's headstone. She died Nov 17, 2013 in Warsaw, Benton County, Missouri. I thought you might like to add a memorial for her since she is his last wife.
