I have been an amateur Genealogist for some 30 plus years. I started the old school way of getting information from my parents, uncles-aunts, & parents cousins. Over time the computer came alone then in 1993 I got my first computer & Family Tree Maker program. Then in 1996 I got internet service & an E-Mail address, for back in the early days genealogy was great for getting hits. Now I'm trying to fill in some loose ends & break a few brick walls in my research. Some of the great tools are ,(familysearch.org),(SSDI) & (findagrave.com).

Researching these Surnames: Aldrich, Aldridge, Allred, Calvert, Cobern, Coburn, Coker, Cofer, Crumpton, Dulaney, Graham, Harris, Janes, Jaynes, Jeans, Kuykendall, Martin, McCary, McNiece, McNeece, McNees, Peeples, Peoples, Priddy, Sample, Samples, Semple, Sibert, Southerland, Steele, Strickland, Stricken, Swett, Sybert, Thornton, Thrasher, Wade, Walden, Westfall, Wildman, Wileman, Wilemon, Wilmore. All these names was Eastward of Arkansas in the 18/1900's.
