Claire, thanks very much for your message. I deleted our memorial for Angus Adams as it was the latest one & did not include the biography that the others do. Sad.

Thank you for adding the photo for Ida Gilley Little to Find A Grave. Your efforts are most appreciated.

Hi Claire! Great pix on some of the people for Chastang Bluff Cemetery! Can you tell me exactly where that cemetery is located? There's no map page to go along with it, so thought I'd ask! Thanks!

Find A Grave 30914279: Thank you for your effort. I'm not surprised her marker couldn't be found. Her husband's marker was almost embedded in the dirt from looking at his marker photo. I sent a message to the creator of her Find A Grave memorial page and asked how she knew Lauretta was buried there. Perhaps her marker has sunk all the way down into the earth? She had to have gotten the burial info from somewhere. If Lauretta is not buried there (she was a 2nd wife of Harry D'Alemberte), then her burial info should be removed or corrected. His first wife is buried in St. Michael's Cemetery but that photo is not a good one because her death date is in the dirt.

Hello....I received an email stating there was a problem locating this headstone. I have a copy of the death certificate and the place of burial is listed as Pine Barren Church Cemetery....the memorial is listed in Big Pine Barren Baptist Church. Are these two cemeteries the same?
On the death certificate......listed just above the name of the cemetery there is a number listed ..... looks to be...either 82A or 92A...do you think this could be a plot #? I would send you a copy but cannot see a way to send an attachment with this message.

Hi Claire, thank you so much for adding the photos of Mamie and Benjamin Hendrix's graves - they were my great grandparents and it's so interesting to be able to "visit" them through this online portal as I'm getting into our family genealogy. Also, thank you for attempting to get a photo of my grandmother Mary Ellen McCoy's grave. The information you provided was very helpful. Thank you for your time in helping folks connect with their ancestors!

Darn! None of your information relates to what I am looking for. With my Margaret her maiden name was Reid and she married a Cochran. She was born, married, and died in Abbeville, SC. So, I don't think we are searching for the same person. However, I know nothing about her "Reid" family - parents, etc. so who knows? Thanks so much for getting back to me and good luck with your search.

Hi, Claire. I was wandering through Find A Grave and came across your post thanking someone for looking for a grave for Margaret Reid. Was this the Margaret Reid from Abbeville, SC, that was married to Samuel Weir Cochran? If so, are you related? I have a keen interest in Margaret and Samuel and would love to ask you a few things if you are indeed related and researching these people. I would love to visit with you via email if that is possible. My story is rather long so won't share here. Thanks so much

I don't know why I addressed you as Clairemont below, must have been tired when I thanked you, sorry about that.
Claire, thank you very much for taking a picture of the stone for John Greenwood and his mother.
Your time and efforts are very much appreciated:)
Keep up the good work!!

Thank you Clairemont for taking the time to get photos of Francis's headstone. It is a shame that his stone was left laying flat to let the elements wear it away:(
Thank you very much for getting both pictures:)
Have a good day:) Roxanne Weathers
