|Bruce Gordon||Muriel May Gordon (1899-1904), St. John's Dixie|
Thank-you so much for attempting to find the marker. I have seen a photo of it in the past. I believe it is either beside or on the back of her mother's Jane Elizabeth (Kennedy) Gordon's (1876-1965) monument.
Muriel was the older sister of my paternal Grandfather and I have a beautiful colourized photo of her taken shortly before her death, a portion of which is my avatar here. I also have her baby book and a lock of her hair.
Thank-you again for trying and providing the burial plot. I'm in Ottawa and so only ocassionally get a change to get down to Toronto. Next time I'm down I have to visit a cousin in Mississauga so I'll try to het to St. John's

Hello Again .. merging the cemeteries will not merge the memorials but it will show them in one place making them much easier to see. An email will have to go to edit for the individual memorial merges but can list multiple merges on one email. (hope that makes sense). We just have to wait for the cemeteries to be merged so that one goes away, so to speak. We don't want them to merge some into one cemetery and some into the other.
I've asked Find A Grave to Merge the two cemeteries that way they are all in one place. At that time I'm more than happy to delete my later duplicates.
Thanks for the heads up .
|Headstone Genealogist||Mount Royal Cemetery Photo Request|
Mount Royal Cemetery has 165 acres. The burial plot location must be supplied so a volunteer can go take the photo.
You can get this free information by filling the form here: www.mountroyalcem.com/index.php/en/our-services/genealogy-menu.html and in the "Desired Service" field, select "Burial Location (free)" and enter the information.
If the Genealogy page was not helpful then email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
The cemetery will email you the location (3-10 working days).
Have the memorial updated with the plot number.
You will have made it possible for the photo to be taken.

|toothpick97||RE: John Doody (#148517850)|
I am not a relation of John Doody. I have been transcribing headstone photos from canadianheadstones.com into the FindAGrave website because I have several family members buried there and it has been difficult to find burial records. FindAGrave seems to be a bit more user friendly, and hopefully these burial records will get more exposure. I'm glad that it helped piece a few puzzle pieces together for your Doody family.

Two other of your memorials had a photo request from other contributors. I have added photos to
#144851503-Broden and #149252628-Adams.
