I am also researching the Scott families. Are you connected to Larkin P. Scott or his brother Reuben Scott buried in Collin Co.?

|Rhoni T||Tennessee Nelson|
Theda, I am heading soon to AR to locate Beckham Cemetery and do some photography. I noticed your request for Tennessee Nelson and was wondering how sure you are that this is where they might be laid? I only ask because I search a lot of AR cemetery sites and I found most of this cemeteries in NW AR have been photographed and are current and this name is not listed as being laid in this cemetery. There is a little country church just across the street from the cemetery (records if I am lucky enough to catch someone there) and as far as I can tell both the church and cemetery are still in use today. Please let me know by mid October 2015. Rhoni

Jesse Jefferson Scott's mother was Jane Sandlin, she was a daughter of Randolph Sandlin and Catherine Manion. Jane Sandlin Scott was born May 2, 1825 and died August 12, 1903
Jesse had more brothers and sisters. There were at least 7 children to the union of Jesse W. Scott and Jane Sandlin

I am researching the Herndon family. You have posted that Edmund Herndon is the father of Candice Herndon CLEMENT, as I have Edmund the father of Candice in my tree. I need some kind of proof document, Do you have proof? Edmund is my only unproven link for the Herndon's back to William the Immigrant 1649-1722. Linda Westbrook

I recently became a member of FindAGrave and am beginning to add photos and information on this web site. I found Sarah Ann Wilson Bates tombstone in the Lebanon, OK cemetery. My wife Patsy Bates Phillips and I took another photo of her tombstone after putting them together, then added this photo to the FindAGrave Memorial for Sarah Ann. We believe Sarah Ann is the Great Grandmother of Patsy whose Grandfather was George Washington Bates and Father was Fred Warren Bates. We believe that the George Washington Bates was also a son of Thomas G. and Sarah A. and was the brother of John Marshall Bates. We don't have any information about the other children you show. Could we correspond on the Bates information you have to update our genealogy?

|Judy Richardson||Cynthia Mary Walling|
I am very confused! The photo of the tombstone for Cynthia states she was "Born Watson". If Cynthia was born a Watson, this would mean she married a Walling, however, the memorial information states she married George B. Watson of Rusk County, Texas. Someone tell me what I am missing.

I made the links you requested. Just wonder since you knew those links if you happen to know anything about Clydia and Curtis' son, Harold. I went to school with him, and have tried to find him over the last few years for class reunions. If you have any information about him, please e-mail me directly to the e-mail on my contributor page. Thanks very much!
