Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my family tree for over 25 years. I started with the Willis family in Laurens County, South Carolina (my father's side), and moved on to the Kidd and McMillan family from Tennessee and Mississippi (mother's side). I love genealogy and have a GEDCOM on file at WorldConnect (linked below) where you can search the names I have been researching. I try to document very carefully all my research, so I don't put anything in my public files unless I am fairly sure of it. I have five children under the age of 9, so I don't get a lot of time to research, but if I can help, I'd love to try, and I love meeting new cousins!

No need to thank me, it is my pleasure! It is an added bonus when they are found by someone searching like yourself!

It's been transferred!

I don't have a photo of his marker, but I'll go tomorrow and look. It's really close to my work.

Glad to help and thank you for your kind words!

Tanica, I found the marker today for Edith White who died in 1886 at the age of 83. I used plain all-purpose flour to make the first name legible and removed it carefully so it won't turn to paste when it rains this weekend. It was a hard picture to take - marker badly slanted under a cedar tree, and I had no tools with me to reset it. I've posted the picture on her memorial page.
