If anyone I have listed are part of your family or research, I will be glad to transfer ownership of that person so you may add more records and information. If they were your friend, I will transfer. I am not into numbers here, just want memorials to go to those who will take good care of them. I will retain those who are my kin or my friend.|

I saw where you had inquired about his relationship with other Ussery's at Mt Carmel., he was my grandfather Alberts' brother, both sons of Joel Ussery, he was born in Dexter, just died in Macon. He had one daughter who remained in Baltimore and never returned to Ga. I have established contact over the years with his grandson who live in Pa. but has visited the gravesite. Thx for your work. Hi Denise, Would you be so kind to transfer management of this memorial to me? Ann is my wife's sister. Thank you for creating this memorial. Sincerely, Lewis Miller
|Frances Fay Evans-Martin PhD||Unmarked Evans Graves|
Denise, I noticed that you used the Row and Plot numbers for John Evans, DOB 1865. There are other unmarked Evans graves, including that of John D. Evans, that we are hoping to identify. Do you have access to the plat for Mt. Carmel or know who does? My cousin told me that Ted Waites, now deceased, once had that plat. We are hoping to visit Mt. Carmel tomorrow on our trip. It would be so helpful to look up the location of some of the Evanses we believe are buried there.
Thank you so much for the work that you do.

Looking for gravesite of Mary D Hall Warnock, wife of Hardy Warnock Find A Grave Memorial# 101935450
presumed mother of Delia Wommack Wood (i believe the Wommack is a misspell of Warnock)Find A Grave Memorial# 159795561 . . . if you have any information would you please contact me . . . thank you
|Dewey/Hollis||Thad Pennington #100301829|
Do you have any information on the Thad Pennington buried at this memorial? You have Samuel Franklin Find A Grave# 102247050 linked to this memorial and I am wondering if that is correct? Samuel's information seems to match the information for one of my GGrandmothers (Amma Lou) brothers. Their parents were Thaddeaus and Cordelia Pennington Find A Grave# 14114725. I found a Thaddeaus D Pennington memorial # 98707211 that had a death certificate and the info was given by EP Hollis (My GGrandfather).

Denise, Thank you so much for the beautiful words. That post brightened my day so very much. Everything you stated fits you too. You are such a sweetheart about working with others here at Find A Grave and wish more were like you. It does take time and energy for us to get things entered and worked on thru time and in most cases has helped others or will in the future. You taught me a lesson, we should all take a few minutes and thank others here who work hard and try to get along with others in the combined works. Those kind comments will then off-set when you run into those who are just rude or abrupt. Once again, thank you for fueling me to keep going with the work here. Hugs!

Thanks for posting the bio and headstone.
J.T. was my great grandfather x2 and had not known where he was buried. The family story had been that he was buried in a rural homestead plot between his wife and her second husband(Partain/Partin).
Will be going to that area to do research on another family line (Mackey/Etheridge) in a couple of months and will be certain to check on J.T.
Thanks for posting as you gave me insight I did not have and I sincerely appreciate it. Do you know who was responsible for the headstone?
