I am always searching the cemeteries and taking pictures of my family stones. While I am there, I am trying to take as many as I can and maybe it will help someone else in their search.|

The listing on Find A Grave is for John Key Craig, Sr in the Old Mount Pleasant Cemetery at Deport, Lamar County, TX. He is shown as father of Jasper Newton Crain so seems like his name should be Crain also. If you can check on that it would be great. As John Key "Craig" was born in 1781 and died 1853 my hunch is that there is no marker, but maybe there is one.
Thanks for looking into this.
He is not my ancestor but is ancestor to many of my husband's cousins.

The parents of Jasper Newton Crain are shown as people with the last name of Craig. Typo?

The same parent edit made for Samuel Fielding Weir 14517771 (father changed to J H Weir 40464906), also needs to be made for his siblings:
Mattie Lou Fulmer 14492872
Anna Jane Weir 40464826
Robert Lee Weir 40464939
I am unclear about what you want me to ask of the other contributor. Can you contact that person?
Thanks for the edit. It clears up some real confusion in my amateur attempts at Weir family genealogy research.

|Cathy Denison||RE: Ethel Denison|
Thank you for going to the trouble of looking for me a picture. Hopefully some day I will find some.
|Cathy Denison||Ethel Guess Denison|
Are you related to Ethel Guess Denison? I say you created her find a grave page. That was my grandmother. She passed when I was around 5 years old. I do not think my dad had any pictures of his family other than Walter Denison. I was hoping to find family that had some pictures to share. Thank you
|Michael Wayne Wagener||Thomas Roberts|
Thank you for updating the Roberts memorial.
|sueskay||Sterling Edmond Goodrich|
There is absolutely no record of Sterling being buried at the Old City Cemetery. Although his wife is buried there, and he died in Paris, no record of him being buried there exists.
Sue Skay Abruscato
my husband is descended through his daughter Nancy Brandon.
