My name is Debora Lett Clark, My sisters and I are taking care of the Cemetery now and I was wondering when you took the picture of the cemetery from the gate? For awhile the cemetery was going down hill, but, for as much as three old ladies can do we have it looking pretty good. After two 13 to 16 inch hard rains and a lot of washing away of dirt, I have found several stones that were buried by time. I hope we can get them up. or get the graves marked. Again just wondering about the date for the picture.

I have a bible and some photos that I am trying to place back in the Pyeatt Family. My step Grandmother was Mae Pyeatt born June 30, 1929 Whittier, Los Angeles. I am not sure who her Mother was but she was raised by her Grandmother Mary Vina until she was 13 yrs old and then went to Whittier to live with her Aunt Olive Cooper. Mae never had any children so I am trying to return a family bible that Lists the following:
Andrew M. Pyeatt b. Nov. 12, 1834
Mary Vina Birchett b. Mar 16, 1845
married October 9, 1861 (Crossed plains to California in 1865)
All children: William Joseph, James Benton, Marguareta Olive, Mary Elizabeth, Nettie Clifton, Minnie Mae, Walter Maclure, Fannie Laurietta, and Mae Pyeatt.
The bible covers Births, Marriages, and Deaths of this family. I would love to give these thing to you. WandaLena11@aol.com or leave me a message here.
Walter Affolter's ashes where placed in Lori Affolter grave. There is no headstone for him. I am his daughter-in-law and do the family genealogy. You can contact me with if you need more info on this family.

I was wondering if you had any information regarding Andrew Little's parents? I have been trying to locate information on them and their families but have turned up empty. If you can help me at all, please contact me on here or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I just posted a clip art photo for Helen Weber before realizing that there was a photo request for her. I had a list of folks that I was looking for tonight and verified that Helen does not have a stone. Sorry!

I just happened on this site and found my grandmother and grandfather. I wept! I helped take care of her the last year she lived. She was always my special MiMi when growing up. I just want to thank you! Something very special to add: Just hours before she died, my mom, her daughter, lead her to the Lord. I know I will see her there in Heaven! Bless you for doing this!

Boy am I glad you sent this request to link Shelley to his father.
I got a location for Shelley out of the cemetery. I found his grave and got pictures of where he is buried. I had so many pictures to process for people's request's for pictures for Find A Grave I totally forgot to add the pictures I took of where Shelley is buried to his page. How silly is that? :-] Having a bad memory can be advantageous at times though too. Har har.
Anyway, I made the link and I added the pictures to his page and put picture captions under the pictures.
Shelley is buried next to his son-in-law but I cannot figure out where his wife Clara went, Shelley's daughter.
Joseph Millard Pyeatt was my uncle, being married to my father's sister Rose Schlies. I am very grateful to find so much information on them under Find a Grave. I knew they were buried at Willamette National but did not know about the two infants they had who died in infancy. (There actually is another boy - Eugene - b. 3/11/1929, d. 2/15/1936)also buried at Multnomah Park.
I tried to print Uncle Joe's headstone and the two death certificates for Rosa and Infant male unsuccessfully from your pages. Is it possible that you could send me copies via email, or hard copies?

I am looking for a photo of my great grandfathers grave.#74567432 Cornelius Steele, 74567388 John C. Steele, and #74567351 Vernon C. Steele my father. I'm also looking for information about the property that the Cemetery is located on. I'm unable to locate and address for this property.
I understand the land was donated by Mr Steele and I'm looking for his birthplace, parents, wife's name, that may be listed in those records. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Shirley D. Steele Brown at
