Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born and raised in Angelina County, but I have been transplanted to Cherokee County since 2002. I am remarried into a 4 generations deep family from Wells, Tx.

I have always been interested in genealogy. My grandmother, Hazel Lacey Hawthorn, instilled an interest in visiting the cemeteries of our ancestors. She "schooled" me well in my history.
I am always intersted in receiving contacts from extended family members, especially those from my maternal family in Oklahoma.

I enjoy visiting cemeteries, but I love the ease to which findagrave.com has provided.
I am willing to transfer "loved ones" to you or make any corrections to the memorials. PLEASE USE THE EDIT TAB.

RE: Patrica Mullins Ellis at Mt. Hope
I've already transferred her to you. You can now re-link to family.

I also sent a couple "edits" for her mother Jo Ann. Please check your edit tab.

About Jo Ann's father .... I know who he was but don't know where he's buried yet. He was Edward Lee Conner 1919-1993. He's from the Conner line here in Angelina Co.

RE: Patrica Mullins Ellis at Mt. Hope
Hi Donna -
If you will unlink yours, then delete it, I will transfer mine to you so you can re-link it to her family. Is that ok with you?

Other than she is kin to me, I can offer no reason.

Thanks for your effort.

Ola Hassell
Ola & Rueben were members of my ex-husband's family. I knew Ola very well but never met Rueben. I know nothing about their burial sites. Sorry I couldn't help.

Harrison correction made
Thank you so much for noticing my error on John W. Harrison (Mount Hope Ceme, Wells). I came across Mr. Harrison's burial not being listed while researching those buried at my family cemetery, Crawford (Rowan) Ceme in Angelina Co. I am not related to him and will be happy to transfer to a relative. Thanks again. Della

Brannen Family
Hi Donna,

I saw where you posted a photo of Elosia "Lody" [Brannen] English (Find A Grave Memorial #82669052). I assume you're related to her in some way?

Elosia's great-grandfather William Brannen is a common ancestor of mine as well. If you're related, I'd love to get some information on your line that's connected to the Brannens.

You can email me at the address below if you'd like.

Thanks,

Eddie

Peter Robinson
Edgar F Lee
Hello Donna,

I recently found that my grand-aunt Isobel Letitia Robinson (also know Letitia Isobel Robinson) 1909-nk, was married to Edgar F Lee in 1942, Ipswich, Suffolk, marriage reg 4a-3337 whilst he was in England. with the American forces. As he was killed in action 1943 during the 1939-1945 war, I wonder if anybody else knows of this marriage.

I think Isobel-Letitia might have travelled to the USA in 1946, after the war.

RE: Caledonia Cemetery look up
Ah, I had hoped you were closer. No need to go out if you are not making a trip for your self. I just need to head up that way one of these weekends. I'm about 6 hours away. Thanks again for the quick responses.

RE: Caledonia Cemetery look up
Thanks for the quick response. I believe his death date is incorrect and have since removed it from my own ancestry page. If you look closely, his death date is the same exact date as that of his wife. I believe someone entered it in by mistake and as since been accepted by many people on ancestry. Her stone says 1909, not 1903.
