I have been taking photographs at cemeteries for a long time - of family members - from Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa and Wisconsin. Ever so gradually I enter them on Find-A-Grave. I am also compiling a genealogy story of the Olsen family that moved from Denmark to southern Nuckolls County, Nebraska, and also entering information for families of the Longbranch Seventh Day Baptist Church, Nebr. and SDB Church, Nortonville, Kans. |
Once at a cemetery, I photograph as many stones as I have time. Here in KS most are not related to me. If you come across one that you want to manage, let me know and it can be changed.
My family lines include: Burdick, Davis, Williams, Greene, Walker, Carpenter, White, Ownbey, Moffitt, London...
My husband's family lines include: Jorgensen, Olsen, Petersen, Riber, Frederiksen, Jeppesen, Iversen, Nielsen, Waggensen, Klitten, Christensen, Christiansen, and the list goes on.

I'm sure it would be fine to use their photo. I don't know who it originally belonged to. But, they have many descendants so it would be impossible to ask all of them for permission :-)
I would be interested in your work when you are finished with it.

Jean it was just "Grandpa and Grandma Lutz" both died a few days apart and buried in the same grave. And the name was real blurry, but looked like Lutz, could have been Schultz or some other, spelling, but was sure hoping somebody might know for sure. It was such a touching story. I hope you can shed some light on who for sure it was. Luella

Jean, thanks for your reply re 87042055 and 87042066. I just had it brought to my attention re a duplicate I made in my old home cemetery, of all places; but I deleted it as it had been brought to my attention. It happens all time. Thanks and have a good week-end. winnie

|James R. Bell||Peter E. Clement|
The newest 2016 Clement family history book that updated the 1939 book that Peter did on the family shows that he is buried in Elmhurst, Illinois and a date of death of 4-2-1956. I am wondering where you obtained the information you included.
Thanks, James R. Bell
|Otis Anderson||Ownbey family|
I have been working on this family for many years. My wife descends from Jeptha & Harriet Ownbey.Saw your posts on find a grave. Would you like to exchange information on the Ownbey's?

Thank you, but I didn't make any corrections to William Everett. I just posted the picture and sent you the details of what I found. I don't have a clue which name is correct. I assume since the headstone shows W E that it is William Everett. Good luck with your hunting and if you need any more pictures from the Abilene area let us know and we will try to get them.

OK, photos placed on the dupe and on the dupe for husband. There is a duplicate for William E also. It is under the name Everett William Clement. The 2 memorials are 112030791 and 151556336. I have placed a picture on each of the memorials. You can have Find A Grave delete which ever of them you want removed.
And you are very welcome for the pictures.
